"Staff are amazing, super friendly and helpful. I was a solo traveler and they remembered me at the restaurants, remembered my allergy too! They staff keep the place clean and well run. The pool staff work hard getting everyone playing games, the bar staff never stop. Management should look into getting more bar staff working, one person for 15 people at a swim up bar is hard. "We had a getaway of 4 days at this resort and it is a great hotel for families. It has entertainment for all ages, and fun entertainment at the pool. There's always food available, if is not the buffet it is a snack bar with burgers. The drinks are water down, but it is family hotel you don't want drunks around your kids. The hotel needs maintenance, and the rooms a deep cleaning, like the sofa on our room had dirty stains same with the chairs (beds and bathroom were clean no issues). The food...
