「I come here for the fantastic diving. Dressel divers are on location which is very convenient. I paid for an upgraded room near the beach which was very comfortable. The food is very good in the main restaurant but I wouldn't recommend the smoke house. It was poor. The other restaurant location near the pool is currently under construction so the peace is sometimes interrupted by the sound of chain saws and nail guns! There was no notification of this unfortunately. The staff are wonderful....

「Decent location and price, but cleanliness felt like an issue for us. The sheets and curtains were stained, room was cleaned during our stay but floors did not get swept. The shower head in the washroom sprayed water over the glass and got the whole washroom wet, had to point it at the wall. The drywall around the fixture was also peeling/was broken which left drywall bits and dust in the shower. They also had a price list to replace things that were made dorty/damaged, as if they don’t do the...

「Amazing hotel, with an amazing staff. I have never stayed at a hotel where the entire staff was so helpful, accommodating, pleasant and friendly. My room was on the 4th floor and had a terrific view of the pier where the cruise ships came in, but was just far enough away so as not to be inundated with ship passengers. Great location from which you could easily and safely walk to restaurants, shopping, the plaza, and two large grocery stores if you needed to pick up stuff. I would highly...

「Nous avons passé un séjour globalement agréable à l’hébergement Sayu à Cozumel et nous le recommandons. L’emplacement est idéal, très près du centre-ville. Le site est magnifique, avec un beau jardin et une piscine très appréciée. 「We were at ElCozumeleno in the 2000's and had a great time. What a difference this time. The place is rundown and not managed very well. The hot tubs were bubbling green foam. Charging $40 jf you check in early is rediculous when there isn't anyone in line. The bed linen was illfitted the towels were gray. The food had nothing desirable. A real dissappointment.」
