"The only complexity was obtaining all of the details of the stay. They sent a link to a Google Drive with 6 PDF files detailing getting to the place and opening the door. I had to call to ask them to send the link after I emailed a full copy of my passport. They have some laundry facilities (a washer, no drier) but you must provide your own detergent. I only stayed one night, so had no time. Definitely could accommodate 4 travelers; I was there by myself. The interior was great."

"I stayed here for one week with my family and thoroughly enjoyed it! Shockingly spacious for how little square footage and we all fit comfortably. The location was great- a short walk from shin-okubo station making it great for exploring Tokyo. Additionally, there were many shops (even a small Don Quixote) and restaurants nearby that were also fun to explore. Would stay here again. "
