"First of all, the staff was amazing, not one single rude person on the resort. Special thank you to all the staff at the La Caretta, for some reason I cannot leave their names per Expedia... but the entire staff was so great. Wonderful, loving staff, took very good care of us. The ladies at the Royal check in, I failed to get their names, but I hope they are recognized as they made the check in so smooth and so sweet. Now about the resort. This resort was fabulous. the accommodations were fabulous, all the food was really good, Pools and beach is outstanding. Wish the Mexican food was more authentic, but the staff, wonderful. Seafood restaurant was good as was the Mediterranean. We just had a wonderful time and high recommend this resort. "

"The hotel is in a fantastic location and offers excellent value. We arrived on an extremely hot day and were warmly welcomed by the reception staff with refreshing, ice-cold face towels, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated touch. The check-in process was smooth, efficient, and well organized. Elizabeth at the front desk was absolutely amazing friendly, professional, and very helpful. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The hotel overall exceeded our expectations, especially considering the value, and the complimentary breakfast was a great added bonus."
