"The rooms are old, leaking water in the bathroom, clogged sink. Service friendly but slow. The worse was the food, not much to choose from and poorly prepared and presented. Watered down coffee and juices. Tiny gym with few old machines. No towels were offered. Small beach with few lounge chairs. The access to the water is through the metal staircase and it is slippery and it gets deep. Good for snorkeling and good swimmers. The hotel is not directly on the beach. You need to cross the street or go through the tunnel with lots of steps. "

"We really enjoyed our stay! Our room had a beautiful view of the ocean and overlooking the gardens. The bed & pillows were comfortable and the room was beautiful. Very spacious and clean. The staff is very friendly and always there to make your stay perfect. We can’t wait to return next year! "

"I have nothing but good things to say about this resort. It had everything we were looking for and more. Staff was all excellent, especially Miguel our pool waiter. We did not leave the resort the entire week and thoroughly enjoyed our time. We have 2 young kids (2 & 4) and they also had a blast. I would definitely go back."

"Right after we checked in we were greeted by an afternoon manager who asked if we had stayed with them previously. Upon learning we hadn’t, he immediately invited us to a special “welcome breakfast” with a member of the staff, the following morning. He said he needed 20 usd per couple to reserve the invitation. We agreed and scheduled to meet at 8:30 the next morning. In the morning, we arrived, meet with the manager at the desk, received our deposit money, and were escorted to the breakfast buffet by a young fellow. Unfortunately the small talk turned into a timeshare pitch. Can’t believe this is still a thing. If you play along and listen until the end, you’re rewarded with some “Monopoly money”. We found out (the hard way) that it really isn’t worth a tinker’s dam. The food and drinks are pretty good as are the pools and beach (beware of wild animals). Our room, in bldg. 17 needed the air on the entire stay (the thermostat was programmed to be set only as cool as 21 degrees centigrade ("
