オールインクルーシブ対応の割にはコスパ最強だと思う。今回こちらに宿泊した理由がアイアンマンレースに参加する為に日本から来ましたが大会当日も4時から朝食があったりして凄かったです。　私はまさか大会当日に朝食があるとは思わず適当に食べてしまいました。

The hotel is old, needs a lot of maintenance The food is horrible The entertainment is terrible I went with my family and we was waiting for a Mexican experience. Is nothing Mexican about it in that hotel. I don’t understand how the reviews are so good I just can’t understand or they most be fake We was looking for the switch for the balcony and we couldn’t find it so I called the receptionist and they told me that they had the switch for the balcony’s. In my life I so that in any place. I find that very offensive The standard rooms don’t have the right to have anything on the refrigerator. Is a hotel policy. Another thing that I don’t understand because every all inclusive hotel have everything. I can continue indefinitely counting wrong things at the hotel but I think that is good enough. Very disappointing I want to say that the employees are very nice people very humble and is not they fault is the owner responsibility

⭐☆☆☆☆ Do Not Stay Here — Worst Resort Experience Ever Calling this place a “resort” is laughable. My stay at Cozumel Hotel & Resort was an absolute disaster from start to finish. Let’s start with the basics: there is NO Wi-Fi in the rooms—yet somehow they thought it was a good idea to put a Roku TV in the room that only works with Wi-Fi. Completely useless. The beds are rock hard, the kind that leave you waking up in crippling pain, and the sheets are so paper-thin they feel like tissue paper. The “hot tub” is actually a cold tub. Not lukewarm—cold. Zero heat. The floors throughout the resort are nasty and dirty, somehow looking grimy even though they appear to have been mopped (badly). Staff? Practically nonexistent. When you do manage to find someone, communication is extremely difficult due to poor English, which makes resolving issues nearly impossible. The food is another nightmare. Limited options, meals repeat daily, no variety, and there’s clearly not enough food to support the number of guests staying here. It’s low quality, uninspired, and disappointing at every meal. Trying to sleep? Forget it. There is LOUD karaoke and music blasting by the pool late into the night, often well past midnight. If you’re hoping for rest, good luck—you won’t get it here. The bathroom situation is unreal. The toilet barely flushes (bring a packable plunger, seriously), and the shower floods the entire bathroom every time you use it. Wir sind als Familie mit zwei Kids (10 und 12 Jahre) angereist und waren rundherum zufrieden. Das Zimmer war sauber, das Personal freundlich, der Pool super, die Auswahl an Bar und Buffet umwerfend! Es blieb kein Wunsch offen! Der Mietwagen stand sicher auf einem bewachten Parkplatz. Man hätte sich Fahrräder ausleihen können oder sogar in die Innenstadt laufen. Die Kids hatten Spaß beim Tischtennis und kleinen Spielen und Basteleien mit den Animateuren. Es gab jeden Abend ein tolles, abwechslungsreiches Unterhaltungsprogramm. Die Gegend ist ruhig, die Anlage nicht überlaufen. Man hat Zugang zum Meer, aber keinen direkten Strandabschnitt, dafür eine Beachbar mit Liegen im Sand und einen kleinen Steg, von dem man gut die riesigen Kreuzfahrtschiffe beobachten kann. In einem Meerwasser-Naturpool kann man bei ruhiger See super mit Kindern schnorcheln. Eine Tauch-Base ist mit auf dem Gelände. Wir hatten einen entspannten, wunderbaren Aufenthalt!

The pictures looked great on the website but in person it was as not anything like it. The building is old. Pool is beautiful but too cold to go in. We wanted to do activities at the resort but the pool stuff was impossible. Maybe 1-2 people went in the cold pool the whole time we were there. Hot tub was just warm. The beach area is really small. Food was not good. For an all inclusive I thought I’d be eating non stop but it was the opposite. The breakfast buffet only the omelette was good. I think only 1 dinner buffet was decent and the food by the pool was terrible. The staff was super friendly and Daniel at the lobby bar was the best! He made our stay enjoyable. The amenities booking agent was great for getting us into an excursion that originally was sold out and was informative.

It was a nice hotel. We enjoyed the beach view from the restaurant. The room provided was directly above the lobby. It was loud all the time. The hotel should have a shuttle offer to town.

The room was nothing like in the Expedia pictures. It was not warm and inviting. The bathroom was very old with a very dated bathtub, and fixtures. No towels.

We had a wonderful time at The Cozumel Hotel and Resort and would highly recommend the place for a family vacation. Clean property, friendly staff, plenty of good food, lovely entertainment each evening, snorkeling by the shore, and an excellent poolside party on New Year's Eve. On site free parking made it very convenient for parking our rental car. We enjoyed watching the coatis that roamed the backside of the hotel property and the iguanas that bathed in the sun. Our room was kept clean everyday and the hammock in the room was a great touch. We will definitely be back as our family had the most memorable time.

The rooms were simple & clean. The A/C worked good. Lots of space to hang wet clothes out on the balcony. The beds could really use softer mattresses & make sure you ask for a blanket if you like more than just a sheet. The pool is large (water pretty cold) they do have a hot tub, children are not allowed in it. The kids area is more like a backyard park, where you have to supervise the children the whole time. The staff is very friendly and works very hard. The food was pretty dang good for an all inclusive, we never ate at the reserved restaurants because we had children & wanted to have options. Inernet is only in common areas, not a big deal of us, but some folks it might be. Snorkeling was great, we brought our own masks.

The lack of dining was the main issue, and menu items not even available, staff overworked and delayed service. Staff in general tried very hard but I think this hotel has great potential, just barely a 3 star in my opinion, could be better managed. Also better understanding of English would be nice. Lots of potential to be better.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay. The hospitality was great and the resort was super clean. I will say, the food wasn't good. It lacked flavor and variety. We went off the resort a couple of times in search of a good meal. If they revamped their menu, I most definitely would come back. Sadly, the bland food and lack of options is a deal breaker.

No había variedad en la comida, no hay internet en las habitaciones y es muy necesario ya que la señal de la compañías telefónicas es muy débil. Se debe salir a las áreas comunes para poder hacer uso del internet, no hay variedad en las bebidas con alcohol. Una marca de tequila. Una marca de whisky. La cena de fin de año muy mal. Muchas preferencia a las reservaciones de gente que no era huésped del hotel.

I really enjoyed the property. The pool is very nice and big. Well maintained, plenty of loungers and also tables with chairs. There are activities to do throughout the day. Although the beach is across the street it is easily accessible and quite nice with chairs, loungers, hammocks and spots you can rent. The beach has great places to swim and snorkle. It is not a walkout beach though, you enter the water by a ladder. The rooms are okay. A little dated but I didn't spend much time in the room. After this I really don't have much positive to say. The food was okay, not a lot of variety. One main restaurant, buffet. We were told on numerous occasions that they were out of something. There is another restaurant only open a couple of days during the week. You need a reservation, but they fill up quickly. The service we experienced was the worst I ever had, anywhere. There were 2 good bartenders though, Trinidad and Daniel. During each meal, it was nearly impossible to get a drink or salt and pepper. We were hardly acknowledged. Our housekeeping staff never left us clean towels. On the several occasions we called the front desk for towels, we still never got them. Despite the negative experiences, we met so many great people that we made fast friends with making the trip definitely worthwhile. Overall I did enjoy my vacation but I know that I will not come back to this property.

We had good stay , and the price is good. we enjoyed the littel snorkeling area. Stuff are all friendly. Food ......well, there is not much to choose. No TV and wifi in the room, no drier for guests, we had packed our wet clothes. I did ask to fix the tv since we have 7 nights there.The front wrote dowm our room number, did not do anything. Hopefully, they will improve in the future. The hotel name is confusing too, taxi drivers are familiar with previous one.
