オールインクルーシブ対応の割にはコスパ最強だと思う。今回こちらに宿泊した理由がアイアンマンレースに参加する為に日本から来ましたが大会当日も4時から朝食があったりして凄かったです。　私はまさか大会当日に朝食があるとは思わず適当に食べてしまいました。

It was a nice hotel. We enjoyed the beach view from the restaurant. The room provided was directly above the lobby. It was loud all the time. The hotel should have a shuttle offer to town.

The room was nothing like in the Expedia pictures. It was not warm and inviting. The bathroom was very old with a very dated bathtub, and fixtures. No towels.

We had a wonderful time at The Cozumel Hotel and Resort and would highly recommend the place for a family vacation. Clean property, friendly staff, plenty of good food, lovely entertainment each evening, snorkeling by the shore, and an excellent poolside party on New Year's Eve. On site free parking made it very convenient for parking our rental car. We enjoyed watching the coatis that roamed the backside of the hotel property and the iguanas that bathed in the sun. Our room was kept clean everyday and the hammock in the room was a great touch. We will definitely be back as our family had the most memorable time.

The rooms were simple & clean. The A/C worked good. Lots of space to hang wet clothes out on the balcony. The beds could really use softer mattresses & make sure you ask for a blanket if you like more than just a sheet. The pool is large (water pretty cold) they do have a hot tub, children are not allowed in it. The kids area is more like a backyard park, where you have to supervise the children the whole time. The staff is very friendly and works very hard. The food was pretty dang good for an all inclusive, we never ate at the reserved restaurants because we had children & wanted to have options. Inernet is only in common areas, not a big deal of us, but some folks it might be. Snorkeling was great, we brought our own masks.

The staff at the hotel were wonderful. Very helpful, friendly & welcoming. The only complaint was the food included. Half of the time it was cold and tasteless.

The lack of dining was the main issue, and menu items not even available, staff overworked and delayed service. Staff in general tried very hard but I think this hotel has great potential, just barely a 3 star in my opinion, could be better managed. Also better understanding of English would be nice. Lots of potential to be better.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay. The hospitality was great and the resort was super clean. I will say, the food wasn't good. It lacked flavor and variety. We went off the resort a couple of times in search of a good meal. If they revamped their menu, I most definitely would come back. Sadly, the bland food and lack of options is a deal breaker.

One of the easiest, friendliest places to stay. The one recommendation that I have is that they should have pico, chips and guac available at every meal.

No había variedad en la comida, no hay internet en las habitaciones y es muy necesario ya que la señal de la compañías telefónicas es muy débil. Se debe salir a las áreas comunes para poder hacer uso del internet, no hay variedad en las bebidas con alcohol. Una marca de tequila. Una marca de whisky. La cena de fin de año muy mal. Muchas preferencia a las reservaciones de gente que no era huésped del hotel.

I really enjoyed the property. The pool is very nice and big. Well maintained, plenty of loungers and also tables with chairs. There are activities to do throughout the day. Although the beach is across the street it is easily accessible and quite nice with chairs, loungers, hammocks and spots you can rent. The beach has great places to swim and snorkle. It is not a walkout beach though, you enter the water by a ladder. The rooms are okay. A little dated but I didn't spend much time in the room. After this I really don't have much positive to say. The food was okay, not a lot of variety. One main restaurant, buffet. We were told on numerous occasions that they were out of something. There is another restaurant only open a couple of days during the week. You need a reservation, but they fill up quickly. The service we experienced was the worst I ever had, anywhere. There were 2 good bartenders though, Trinidad and Daniel. During each meal, it was nearly impossible to get a drink or salt and pepper. We were hardly acknowledged. Our housekeeping staff never left us clean towels. On the several occasions we called the front desk for towels, we still never got them. Despite the negative experiences, we met so many great people that we made fast friends with making the trip definitely worthwhile. Overall I did enjoy my vacation but I know that I will not come back to this property.

We had good stay , and the price is good. we enjoyed the littel snorkeling area. Stuff are all friendly. Food ......well, there is not much to choose. No TV and wifi in the room, no drier for guests, we had packed our wet clothes. I did ask to fix the tv since we have 7 nights there.The front wrote dowm our room number, did not do anything. Hopefully, they will improve in the future. The hotel name is confusing too, taxi drivers are familiar with previous one.

Even if you are totally on a low budget - there are much better options for the same money. Very old hotel, rooms give you a feeling that you are in some motel, food choices are very poor. Some personnel was nice, but mostly not very welcoming. Things that we liked- snorkeling right at the beach and bike rentals.

This place is not a resort by any stretch of imagination. It says “On beach” in About this Property. There is no beach. You have to either cross the street or go through a tunnel to reach the other side which is on the water. There is a small area by which you can get into the water, but there is no beach as the terrain is very rocky. There is no WiFi or coffee maker available in the room. This is something very basic that even low end hotels in the US provide. There is coffee available in the lobby but even that is sporadic and not available all the time. The rooms themselves make you feel that you are in a Motel 6. Very low quality towels and a small/tiny bottle of shampoo and a tiny bar soap. Staff is not very helpful or pleasant and many barely speak any English. Food is not anything to write about either. Even if this place sounds like a good deal I would not waste any money here.

The hotel itself was quite modest in terms of its look and feel. The staff, barring a few, were mostly rude and unhappy. The rooms & beds were pretty small and the toiletries were poor quality. Worst of all, the food was sub-standard and pathetic, as was the quality of alcohol - the only palatable meal was breakfast which was basically freshly made eggs and fruits for us. They used to run out of bottled water every day and asked us to refill older bottles. We have stayed in several all-inclusive hotels over the years, but this one has to rank as the worst experience ever and surely not recommended.

El hotel en general funciona bien, el personal es muy amable y el servicio también . Podrían mejorar muchísimo la calidad de los alimentos y las bebidas de la barra, tienen alcohol muy barato. Al ser un hotel viejo, le hace falta mantenimiento en su mobiliario y toallas deshilachadas por mencionar algunos. La iluminación de todo el hotel es luz blanca, pudieran cambiar a luz cálida para hacerlo más acogedor. Los baños no tienen ventilación entonces hace que el cuarto huela a humedad. Para colgar las toallas y trajes es mejor hacerlo en el balcón donde hay un perchero especial.

The location was great, taking a tunnel under the main street to the beach area and snorkeling right from there. We snorkeled as far south as the ferry pier a few times, was very convenient. We borrowed the included bikes and went about 2 miles south (to the marina) and pretty far north as well. Very nice to walk 4-8 blocks to two grocery stores and the main square. You can catch a cab right in the parking lot. We took a cab most days for scuba and they were all friendly and charged the expected rate. The food here is buffet style, it is clean and well prepared but not very interesting. Same for the drinks, it's pretty much the all inclusive basics and nothing special. The shows were also pretty average. That said for the price you can't expect much more. You can take those savings and go elsewhere for a luxurious meal or a drink you might post a picture of on insta. Everyone seemed pretty happy with the resort, and many people in the hot tub were return visitors. If you are a foodie, or want pictures of food for whatever, this isn't the place. Also, no drinks (alcohol or otherwise) in the room fridge, or snacks for that matter, but the grocery is right down the street.

Very good location, 10 minutes from the airport, good friendly staff and services, good snorkeling location, some staff in food court has some attitude issues, front end manager and staff are very helpful, they were able find my lost sunglasses, good housekeeping staff and service, Beware of the services at the lobby- especially the car rental service, very bad customer service , the rep name louis- he is very conning, try to cheat us with the service, then cancelled the car, we lost day, I never recommend the car rental in the lobby, the place need good renovations to attract the customers, and good entertainments,
