ほぼ満足です。チェックアウトで並んでいたが順番抜かされた。2度も。ホテルのフロントとは別の方がこちらの方が前から並んでると言っていただいて渋々チェックアウトとなった。フロントの担当者はなんかむっとしていた。気持ちよくチェックアウト出来ず残念でした。時間によりフロントは混むこともあるはずです、その場合の宿泊客が気持ちよく待てるようにしたらよいかと思う。混んでる時は、整理券を配り、ソファーで待てるなど。最後に残念でした。

The room needed a lot of remodeling , the food was the same everyday ,the dessert was the same everyday ,no meat ,no breast chicken ,no real squeezed orange juice or fruit juices no Coke just Pepsi the staff was very polite .amd the shows have to be more rated fir children the girls dancing were half naked .

I don’t recommend this hotel , it’s outdated the shower head fell on top of my head while in the shower. Water flow would stop in the middle of shower and the walls were moldy I made the best i liked the location but it was to the point I didn’t want to be in the room it was pretty disgusting

This was a perfect location for a quick family getaway. Great value and met our expectations. Our room and parts of the hotel could use some renovations, but it was clean and comfortable. There was always plenty of food with a decent variety of options - nothing too fancy, but good and plenty of it.

I wanted to like this resort but honestly there is more to dislike than like. Check in was great Jose ensured that we got to check in a little early and even set up a nice surprise as it was our honeymoon. That was probably the best part of our stay and the bartender at the adult pool. Other than that everything was bad. Housekeeping kept forgetting to clean our room even with the sign. Then would leave things such as trash and old towels. Sometime they did not even replace the towels and I had to find them to obtain them myself. Our shower water would not drain so it was like showering in a puddle of water. The food was absolutely horrible. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were limited options with no taste or seasoning. The rice gave off a burnt taste, the mashed potatoes were instant, the chicken was not fully cooked. I ate out 4 times in my 6 day stay because I just could not take it anymore which was a waste of the money spend to have all inclusive. Then the 3 restaurants they had were more of a variety but still tasted terrible and the process for reserving them was terrible. You could reserve the restaurants between 7:30 and 11:00 but by 10 am they were booked because they are so small. They had one person taking reservations so if you wanted to reserve you needed to make sure you inconvenienced yourself to be up by 7:00 am to stand in the line. They were not worth it at all. The entertainment was okay not the best I’ve had in Cancun. I would never pay for premium here.

Everything about that place was amazing and I also think it pretty affordable if you wanna do a quick weekend get away as a solo travelers. Super safe, but still be self-aware. The staff was so nice and helpful with everything..That was my favorite part was how nice the staff was. Everyone at the bar was super nice .Every time I stepped out housekeeping always kept my room clean. The food is probably the only thing I would give a C- the food wasn’t bad but it also wasn’t all that good…. but that did not take away from the fact that my overall experience was super amazing.

The elevators kept breaking down, we had to use the stairs several times. The curtain attachment in my room 6045 was damaged hence l could not completely close my curtain and light was getting into my room in the morning. The status of the elevator was terrifying l felt it could jam or fall at any time. Serious renovations need to done on the elevators to rooms 6040s

Las vistas son algo indudablemente espectacular sin embargo el servicio es paupérrimo. La comida nunca cumplió nuestras espectativas y los empleados lidian directamente con sus manos (sin guantes) con ella. las bebidas se sirven en vasos plásticos ya sea q ordenes en lobby bar o cualquier otro… y no existe absorbente, pajilla o sorbete (como prefieran llamarlo) en mi opinión un hotel de pasada, no para una estadía larga…

We had multiple rooms . The rooms and staff were clean. The main challenge our room had was the key card was not working the till the 2nd day mid day , and always required spending (wasting) 30 mins for security/hotel staff to get the door opened . Seems multiple families on the 7th floor had same issue. Buffet Food was good , but was very repetitive . The restaurant (Seafood Dinner) was very good. They actually helped accomodate a 15 person group and borthday celebrations with cake.

We arrived around 9-10pm and got to our room. It smelled strongly of mildew and bleach. We immediately went back to the desk to request a new room or pay for an upgrade. With no manager the attendant couldn’t help us and asked we come back the next day. We moved rooms the next day which was an improvement and dealt with the faint smell, though the hallway then took over. The service was good overall. The buffet was so-so daily and they did have specials on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, which was very nice and thoughtful. With that being said, the order in which you wait for a table was AWFUL. Every time. People did not want to stand in line and wait their turn, often hovering over the attendant. Checking in and being issued a ticket to be called would’ve helped everyone involved. Additionally, the breakfast was a mess almost always with the omelette skillet in the center clogging up the rest of the trays. The pools were nice and the daily activities were fun and greatly appreciated. Love they keep us involved. They even gave kids presents in Christmas Day. However, there was little attention paid to the seating around the pools and beach, chairs often ended up in disarray. Guests put up their own umbrellas, which resulted in one even falling over onto me. Overall, older place though I did notice repairs and upkeep of individual rooms.

The buffet was the smallest I had ever seen. You would wait in line outside the door for an hour or so and then when you got inside you could wait another hour in the buffet line. Terrible food. Mexican restaurant didn’t even serve Mexican food. They gave you a choice of two different dishes and neither were Mexican. Worst food I had ever eaten in a hotel. The towels in our room were blood stained. Horrible experience and will never return to this hotel ever again
