Joanna and Alina from the spa gave great massages. The hydrotherapy at the spa was well worth the money. All of the food was between good to excellent. Service was attentive and friendly. A very clean hotel. The gym was well equipped.

With this resort, you do not think about none of the money you spent. It felt so at home. It was so clean. Everybody was so nice and thoughtful and even funny at times the spa. Oh, my, this spa was the best ever hayesus. Erin, Joanne and I forgot my sister's massage person, but each one of them made us felt so special. We enjoyed everything about her stay i was so happy that we selected this and went there immediately after our nightmare experience at park royal

The remodel was top notch! The ground floor king suit was perfect and we loved the semi private pool. Having the butler on WhatsApp was so convenient. The food was amazing. I would definitely book again.

This hotel has been one of the top hotels we've stayed in. The room was very cleaned, room service was very helpful. Staff very nice and paid attention to details. Beach access clean, even though we went during sargassum seaweed season. The view from our room was stunning. Restaurants were absolutely 20/10. Food was excellent, fresh. Drinks were very good.

First off, the staff is incredible. The level of personal service is truly impeccable. The overall condition of the hotel is excellent, and the food was outstanding with plenty of variety. The drinks at the bar were very well made, the pool scene was great, and the beach was beautiful. Overall, this is a fastic resort.

We enjoyed the Tequila tasting with Rafael . He was also at each of the restaurants and very helpful in every way . That guy is a treasure for your resort . You guys are lucky to have him . All of your staff was amazing- we will tell everyone and be back soon.

Service & staff was amazing and the property was gorgeous. Food was absolutely delicious however they don’t allow you to order food pool side. Only con! and there’s no beach chairs but we didn’t mind that much just went in for a quick dip.

Great location, and the beach is amazing. Hotel is newly remodeled, rooms are nice and spacious. Restaurants have gone downhill after the remodel. Very few vegan options, and it was a bummer that the buffet closed at 5 pm each day.

The Hyatt Zilara was beautiful and staff so professional and helpful! Restaurants were delicious! Speakeasy and new sports bar was fantastic! This was our 3rd visit to Zilara and will go back! We truly relaxed in pool and cabanas during the day. We loved the swim up bar.
