This hotel has been one of the top hotels we've stayed in. The room was very cleaned, room service was very helpful. Staff very nice and paid attention to details. Beach access clean, even though we went during sargassum seaweed season. The view from our room was stunning. Restaurants were absolutely 20/10. Food was excellent, fresh. Drinks were very good.

We enjoyed the Tequila tasting with Rafael . He was also at each of the restaurants and very helpful in every way . That guy is a treasure for your resort . You guys are lucky to have him . All of your staff was amazing- we will tell everyone and be back soon.

The rooms and the entire resort were impeccable! The staff was amazing we loveee the bar tender at the sports bar his name was Abimael he makes the best drinks! The Asian restaurant was amazing you have to try the stir fry and the California roll was so fresh and perfect. Jahir was our waiter and he was so helpful and sweet he made our experience so much better! Overall this place is incredible the food is great and the pool is amazing. The only thing I could change would be I wish they served food by the pool and on the beach.

Everyone was friendly, helpful, and always made sure we were having a good time. A special thank you to Antonio, Elisio, Abimael, Eduardo, Eric, Avelino, Ruben, Luis, Ricardo, Dulce, and all of the other staff who took care of us throughout our stay. The resort was beautiful, the rooms were clean, the food was great, and the overall experience was even better than we expected. We had an amazing trip and would definitely come back again. Highly recommend this resort. Everything was great. The staff was amazing and there is always something going on. I recommend that as soon as you check in you head to the culinary desk to make reservations for certain places so that you have your spot secured. The entire property, during our stay, was spotless. Service and staff were phenomenal. Very nice and well maintained property. Food was generally excellent. But if you want quiet, this may not be the best place. Afternoon entertainment was loud and thumping and extended to the quieter areas. Still a great resort and I cannot overstate how great the service was.
