"Very hard to navigate the lay out of the resort. It took quite a while to get from one place to another. If you’re looking for a resort right on the beach this isn’t it. There is quite a walk to the beach. Staff was amazing. Just didn’t like the resort itself."

"Setting the seaweed aside cause they have no control over that. We had a wonderful stay at the Wyndham Alltra Playa del Carmen! The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. The resort was well maintained, and in a great location within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and attractions. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the food was excellent with plenty of tasty options. The pool area and overall atmosphere were relaxing and enjoyable. We highly recommend Wyndham Alltra Playa del Carmen and would gladly return in the future. PS Jaime and Fernando are awesome"
