"If you’re looking for fun all day everyday this is the place to be. You will find a lot to do here there are a lot of activity throughout the day, shows, and much more. The room was amazing and clean, the staff were very helpful and friendly. This hotel is very close to the beach, they have multiple pools and they also have a kid zone with a mini pool for them. The food and drinks ever great! I would recommend this place to anyone who enjoys a good time!"

"The beach was lovely, while everyone around us had the cabanas ours had palm trees for shade instead which was really nice. Food was good for the most part, the Japanese and Italian restaurant were really good! The lunch buffet was definitely one of the stars, had a great variety of food that was really good. The steak house was okay, the fillet I had asked for medium was well done all around the edges and wasn’t medium up until the very middle of the steak. The bartenders were great, the cocktails of the day in the main lobby were phenomenal as well! Room service and staff were super friendly, we’ll definitely be coming back!"

"Super disappointed disappointed at orbit and the riu palace corporation because we went thinking that we were going to have full access to the hotel restaurants and amenities that hotel was about to close for remodeling so everything was half capacity I feel that that's super unprofessional from the traveling agent and the hotel that they were selling tickets full price and was not going to get the full experience .the staff did an amazing job and keeping the guess is happy as they could with what they had I cannot complain about the stuff they were amazing . But both of the major companies like the hotel and the traveling agent should take responsibility and not book hotels whenever you're going through closing or remodeling and not going to be able to get your money's worth."

"Outdated room "

"Rooms were clean, bed very comfy, lots of towels. I believe resort is scheduled for renovations. Hopefully they will think of drawers in the rooms. Not much space to hang up or store your belongings. I had to leave most of my clothes in my suitcase. Very friendly staff all around. Pool—too crowded. Beach was nasty with tons of seaweed in it, do everyone opted for the pool. "

"The local transportation they offer is not consistent and has a bunch of rules around where and when they stop. None of the rules or availability is posted anywhere. That was our only complaint because part of the reason we booked it was for the local transport. Other than that- clean rooms, clean beds, GREAT staff."
