"Vidanta Jungala was a wonderful experience and holiday for my family and friends. We were made to feel very special as VIPs when we arrived. Although you travel on golf carts for much of your stay, they are always very attentive and on time. The restaurants are amazing, the facilities are gorgeous and the pools are lots of fun. The beach club was a highlight of our vacation too."

"The food from pajama party was cold and wrong. Transportation inside the facility would just pass by and not go to lobby to pick us up, It got to a point were lady’s standing by had to complain about the situation. They also never gave us the pictures they promised for the family slime. Other than that staff, food, entertainment, park, rooms bar’s was a 5+ stars"

"Lush, manicured and thoughtfully laid out resort. Wonderful flora and fauna throughout the resort. Incredibly warm and friendly staff who seem to be working non-stop, so tip generously!! Prompt and professional service from check-in to check-out. Food is subpar, despite the variety of choices and attentive service,. Cafe Sisal is a highlight for serving hot and cold coffee-based drinks. Alcohololic drinks were well made. Room service is 24 hrs and arrives within 45 minutes. Beautiful rough beach with plenty of loungers along the beachfront as most folks tend to hang out in the pools. No need to reserve beach wearing and pay extra, there is always a seat to grab. The Beach staff were hard at work to clean up sargassum throughout the day. There's a party pool and quiet pool.. Overall a very chill resort with exceptional service and so so food. Best for older adults and couples or anyone looking for low-key tranquile all inclusive. If you are under 40 and looking for a livelier atmosphere, this isn't the place for you. "

"We had a great stay at El Dorado. We enjoyed the service, the pool and the food. However, we found the staff a little pushy in trying to upsell us and that the photos on the listing didn’t accurate depict the quality of the swim up junior suites. Only after complaining and requesting a room change did it get sorted. Also this is not a resort for anyone hoping to sea swim or enjoy a beach as the sea weed was too bad however there’s plenty of fantastic pools and cabanas. The entertainment was fantastic - we really enjoyed the mariachi band and traditional dancers!"

"From the moment we booked to the time we checked out, the Mamma Loo staff was in constant communication with us. They let me know about prices outside the stay rates beforehand, they helped me arrange a welcome bouquet for my girlfriend, arranged for us to have a grill dinner and took breakfast all the way to our kuchil ( that’s how you say space/home in mayan). Bathroom was clean, dinning area was tidy and the room was nice and comfortable. My girlfriend loved this, she said “ we should do this at least once per month, her energy was restored”. I want to come back and I would recommend you stay, piece of advice: try to disconnect from your phone, there’s lots of fauna to discover. Ps. Colibrí is a very nice dog, you’ll win her heart if you bring a little snack. "

"The road to the resort was not paved at all (dirt road with tons of potholes, an SUV or bigger vehicle is a must), it was remote, no cell reception (download an offline map), surrounded by jungle. We had fun driving through. The property was nice, peaceful and surrounded by nature. There is no cell reception but there is a wifi. The room that we stayed in was the comfort room. It was clean and comfortable. There was a musty smell at first but we aired the room out and it was fine after. I think the room needs proper ventilation. The whole staff were super friendly, accomodating and welcoming. We had the pleasure to meet Jason (all around guy - concierge, manager, chef), Robert and Papa Oso. They took good care of us. The housekeeper although we didn’t personally meet her, she did a very good job at tidying up our room every day. There menu option was limited but the food was delicious all the time. We even had a bon fire after dinner with marshmallows to eat😁. We’re satisfied overall. Service was great. The resort has a lot of potential for more activity options aside from what they already offer - e.g. ATV tours around the area, cooking class, wildlife watching, stargazing, etc. We will be back! "

"Very nice room and environment. The beds were very hard, but we loved everything else about the room. Breakfast was good and we could order it in advance so they could prepare it and we didnt have to wait. Very good service overall!"
