The check-in process was smooth and efficient. My room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect — close to local attractions, restaurants, and public transport. I also appreciated the delicious breakfast buffet each morning, which offered plenty of fresh and tasty options. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Secrets Maroma Beach was an amazing experience. I haven’t been on vacation in awhile, but for my first time back I was blown away by the staff, food, beaches, and spa treatments. Couldn’t have asked for a better concierge than “Mr Roger” as he made sure everything was great everyday. Definitely will go back again!!

The property itself was undergoing some construction but my husband I were able to look past this due to how lovely the entire staff was. Always going above and beyond trying to assist us and make our trip a memorable one. The food was great at every restaurant and the beach was also very well kept.
