"This place is the most beautiful place that we have stayed at in the Riviera Maya…and we ha f stayed in many. The staff are so so friendly, kind and helpful. We stayed 10 days. The kids loved it and I appreciated the conservation of the land and waters. Just be mindful that food and activities there are expensive. We went and ate in Playa del Carmen as well as grocery shopped which helped. It’s worth it. Would definitely stay again. "

"From the moment we booked to the time we checked out, the Mamma Loo staff was in constant communication with us. They let me know about prices outside the stay rates beforehand, they helped me arrange a welcome bouquet for my girlfriend, arranged for us to have a grill dinner and took breakfast all the way to our kuchil ( that’s how you say space/home in mayan). Bathroom was clean, dinning area was tidy and the room was nice and comfortable. My girlfriend loved this, she said “ we should do this at least once per month, her energy was restored”. I want to come back and I would recommend you stay, piece of advice: try to disconnect from your phone, there’s lots of fauna to discover. Ps. Colibrí is a very nice dog, you’ll win her heart if you bring a little snack. "

"Staff very helpful and kind! The resort is very dated! Hot tub in our casita suite did not work, and no discount was offered when we reported it! Our private pool was slimy, dirty, and was NEVER cleaned our entire stay (7 nights)! Would definitely not recommend this resort to anyone! It was a very disappointing stay and Expedia should know that this resort only wants to sell memberships, at our check in, thru out our stay, and even the day we left waiting for our transportation to return to Cancun airport!! Food was poor, and they did not allow us the $120 resort credit to be used towards anything! After paying $5,000 for a seven night stay; we definitely thought it was not worth it at all!! "

"Communication was not good, we did not know how to access the water park and when we tried to access it we learned it had to be booked the day before. We were not able to use the water park due to that. We struggled with the restaurant options, not enough kid options. Jade restaurant was the best of our experience. They went out of their way to give good service and was very accommodating. Overall, the place was beautiful and clean. "

"Very nice room and environment. The beds were very hard, but we loved everything else about the room. Breakfast was good and we could order it in advance so they could prepare it and we didnt have to wait. Very good service overall!"
