"Got raped on the beach by 2 men while 4 attacked my boyfriend, told staff and concerige. Nothing was done, nobody cared. Completely unsafe hotel"

"We had a very disappointing stay. The air conditioner in our room was not working on a hot day, and despite repeatedly asking for help, the staff kept insisting it would “start working soon” Only close to midnight did they finally admit it was a technical fault and some other rooms have similar problem too. There was no maintenance available until next day, no alternative room to move to, and not even a fan provided. The room was fully insulated, so it became extremely uncomfortable and impossible to sleep. It was especially terrible coming back after a long, tiring day, only to find the room unbearably hot with no solution offered. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and improves its service for future guests."

"Balcony privacy questionable due to glass reflections, refrigerator beverages out of code date, pool loungers broken and not plentiful, pool side loungers getting worn out cushions, room chairs need felt pads so they slide on tile floors - neighbor noise all night Staff is great, food good and fresh, live bands have been added to night entertainment, no safety issues, aqua spa a plus"

"It's the second time we've stayed at this hotel, and our experience was excellent. I highly recommend it—the food, the room, and the friendly staff were all great. The only thing I'd mention is that some parts of the pools need maintenance, but it's nothing serious. I'll definitely be back."
