"The hotel offers a wonderful and beautiful view from the rooms, making it a great place to stay overall. However, the building feels somewhat outdated, with issues like poor door key responsiveness and the elevator breaking down several times during our stay. Regarding the restaurant, both the food and drinks were delicious, and I was mostly satisfied. That said, it was a bit disappointing that Corona beer was charged separately despite being in Mexico. While most of the staff were helpful and provided good service, there were a few who were unfriendly and unapproachable. Nevertheless, considering the price of the stay, I found the hotel to be reasonable and satisfactory."
