"Resort was beautiful and well kept. We booked a swim out room, and our only complaint was the swim out pool got cloudy after a few days and it took several days for staff to come and clean and address it properly. The pool was beautiful, and the temperature was perfect. Rooms were clean and cleaned daily. The staff was very kind and attentive!"

The rate included a shuttle to the airport and a self-serve buffet breakfast with incredible selection of juices, coffee/tea, fresh fruits, yogurt, eggs, pancakes and typical Mexican breakfast selections, as well. The room was comfortable, spacious and shower shampoo, conditioner and body wash were excellent quality. Was most impressed with the cleanliness of room and all public areas. Staff were friendly and professional. Great stay!"
