"The resort is quite beautiful, and they did a very good job in keeping everything neat and tidy. The rooms were cleaned early. The gym was excellent. Poolside service was very good. The extra activities for kids of all ages were fantastic. I have two complaints one that despite constant attention the beach was never cleared of seaweed mainly because they had the most ineffective means of doing so it cost a lot of noise and nasty smoke for anybody sitting on the beach. My other complaint is check-in was confusing and irritating. Because we booked through Expedia they made us leave the lobby with our luggage and drag it halfway across the resort to check in in another room in order to give us a 30 minute spiel on buying timeshare. The free upgrade to an Oceanside room was nice, but probably not worth the hassle going through the sales pitch the moment we walked onto resort property. Unlike other resorts that we’ve stayed in in Cancun this one did not give us any type of orientation when we first got there and basically one of us to cart our own luggage halfway back across the property to find our room ourselves until we insisted that someone take us over there. I will say, though the food was outstanding best I’ve had at an all-inclusive in Mexico. Now that I know what check-in is like I think I could probably avoid it by telling them that we weren’t interested upfront and we may end up coming back to this resort at another time."

"Friendly staff, spacious property. The restaurants do not require reservation in advance. The hotel room key is on the bracelet, no additional cards to carry. Good food. Exotic fruits. The only hiccup was the ocean. There was a lot of seaweed. But there was nothing that the staff could do about it."

"The rooms are very clean. The staff on site are constantly cleaning the resort day and night. Very good breakfast. They have a nice buffet or you can have freshly made eggs cooked for you or an omelette and they always have some fresh fruit, mimosas and a bloody Mary Bar. We did go to the spa and get a nice massage. It was great."

"We stayed here during the off-season (early May) at around 40% capacity, which helped—but even with that, this is easily the best adults-only all-inclusive I’ve been to. Everything just felt easy. No pressure to upgrade, no sense you’re missing out. The base experience is strong across the board—food, service, and overall layout all work. Food is usually where these places fall short, but not here. We ate somewhere different every night and never felt the need to repeat. Quality was consistently good, and we didn’t pay for any upgraded dining. Quick tip—download the app right away. Reservations open at 9am and take about a minute. Rooms are very similar, which actually simplifies things. We had a basic fourth-floor room—covered balcony, great view, no need to overthink it. The resort is clean and well maintained, and service was consistently good without being over the top. The beach is smaller and has some storm impact, but the pool setup makes up for it. Great loungers, great layout, and still a water view. We spent most of our time there. If you want to walk, you can go north or south along other resorts. Seaweed wasn’t an issue—there’s a barrier and active cleanup. Also—plenty of chairs. No early morning scramble. The vibe is a good balance of energy and relaxation, and it never felt crowded. Bottom line—I’d come back in a heartbeat and stay longer next time. Fantastic property!!!!"

"The wife and I had a great experience at sensira. The staff was amazing and attentive to ones needs. The restaurants had good food and hotel amenities were a plus due to alot of things to do at the resort. This place gave a nice luxury feel due to cleanliness and decor .
