"We had a great ocean view. Cute little apartment, 1 bed 1 bath. Nice staff. Only thing I can say was bad was the shower head, needed a new one, and a little stingy on the linens. It also had a little spiral staircase off your balcony to go to beach. Very convenient. "

"The view and location 5 stars. It would be nice to have enough bath towels for all guests that are placed in the bathrooms or at least located near the bathrooms. The furniture in the main space is not what is shown in the pictures. So it just feels a little not honest about the property. There was no mattress protector on the master bed. That felt unsanitary. The walls have lots of stains and plaster missing as well the doors are falling apart. I understand the property takes a beating due to the elements of the beautiful ocean. I just feel as a property owner here in Mexico it is tough to keep up with. However, some repairs of the wall and fresh paint would do wonders. As well as some updated curtains could just freshen up the property. Overall we enjoyed the properties location and multiple bedrooms for us as a family to all be together. We understand that there are not very many large properties on the water to choose from. I would stay here again.. you cannot beat the location. However with a little maintenance this property has so much potential to be a 5 star property. "
