"Our stay at Dreams Jade Resort & Spa - All Inclusive was absolutely incredible from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed—warm, attentive, and always ready to go above and beyond. The resort itself is stunning. Beautifully maintained grounds, crystal-clear pools, and a beach that feels like something out of a postcard. Whether we were relaxing poolside, enjoying the ocean breeze, or walking the property, everything felt peaceful and thoughtfully designed. The food exceeded expectations for an all-inclusive. Every restaurant delivered quality, variety, and great service—no shortcuts, just consistently good meals and drinks. Room service was prompt and well done, and the bars kept things fun without ever feeling chaotic. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and relaxing—exactly what you want after a day in the sun. Housekeeping did an excellent job, and the attention to detail didn’t go unnoticed. Entertainment and activities were the perfect balance: plenty to do if you want it, but never overwhelming. It’s an ideal spot whether you’re looking to unwind, celebrate something special, or just completely disconnect. We left already talking about when we’ll come back. "3rd trip here for a reason. Staff is amazing. If you are looking to just relax for 3-5-7 days then this is heaven on earth. If you are looking to ho shopping everyday or “explore” the town you may be disappointed (even though golf/town/shopping are only a short Uber ride away). Laid back as can be with the greatest service team i have ever been around I have traveled for work for 20 years and put them on par with any Waldorf or Ritz property in terms of service excellence. Never a huge line anywhere…including pool bar. Cant wait to go back. Truly an exceptional experience every time. "

The glass houses are beautifully crafted, thoughtfully designed, and blend seamlessly into nature. Waking up surrounded by jungle and light felt surreal. The “pool” experience being cenotes was unlike anything we’ve ever experienced, you truly become one with nature. The privacy here is unmatched; despite other guests being on the property, we rarely saw or heard anyone. It felt incredibly peaceful and personal. The chef prepared some of the best food we had on our entire trip, and the coffee made fresh in the morning was honestly the best cup I’ve ever had. The kitchenette was perfectly equipped with everything we needed and more. The additional services are absolutely worth it, the massage and ceremonial bath were deeply relaxing and meaningful. Every detail felt intentional, thoughtful, and designed for true restoration. The hot tubs are not heated but not needed in such a warm climate. If you are looking for a private, immersive, luxury-meets-nature experience, this place is unforgettable. We would return in a heartbeat."
