"When we were checking in, we were offered an upgrade at a discounted price. We accepted the upgrade and ended up staying at the Turquoize Tower. We were assigned butlers Natasha and Marie. They were wonderful and made us feel so welcomed. They remembered our faces and not once did they ignore us when we walked pass. They always greeted us with a big smile while mentioning our names. They were quick in replying to any of our questions or requests. It was our first time at an All Inclusive resort and they made our first impression for it a 10/10. All restaurants and bars are great. The buffet was our favourite. Each night there are different performances and those were entertaining too. Overall it was a wonderful resort and can't wait for our next visit. "
