A quien corresponda: Por medio de la presente me dirijo a ustedes para manifestar una queja formal, enérgica y de carácter urgente por un hecho sumamente grave ocurrido durante nuestra estancia en su hotel. El día10 mientras una menor de 11 años se encontraba utilizando el jacuzzi de sus instalaciones, apareció un alacrán vivo dentro del área, situación que puso en riesgo inmediato su integridad física y su salud. Afortunadamente no ocurrió una picadura, pero el incidente es totalmente inaceptable y evidencia una grave negligencia en las medidas de higiene, fumigación y control de plagas que todo hotel está obligado a cumplir. Este tipo de situaciones no solo generan alarma y angustia, especialmente tratándose de una menor de edad, sino que además representan un incumplimiento a las normas básicas de seguridad y salubridad, afectando seriamente la confianza de los huéspedes. Resulta inadmisible que un área que debería ser segura y de uso recreativo, como lo es un jacuzzi, presente este tipo de riesgos por una deficiente fumigación o mantenimiento. Como clientes, esperábamos condiciones adecuadas y protocolos estrictos, los cuales claramente no se cumplieron. Solicito de manera formal: • Una explicación por escrito de lo ocurrido. • Información sobre los protocolos de fumigación y mantenimiento que manejan. • Las acciones correctivas inmediatas que implementarán para evitar que este hecho vuelva a repetirse. • La compensación correspondiente por el riesgo y el mal

Room was slightly dirty like they cleaned it in a rush, hair on the floor and shower but otherwise it was fine. Stunning view of the ocean and pools downtairs. The staff was impressive, multilingual.. most of the check- in staff speaks to 6 languages, and very friendly and helpful. Food options are way better than Nickelodeon and Hard Rock but the buffet still needs more protein options. On the alcoholic drinks were terrible everywhere. We kept asking for different drinks to find something that hit but no luck. We tried margaritas, palomas, mai tais, long islands. I dont known if its their mix or the soda water they use on the other drinks but it was gross. I ended up with an espresson martini and sipped on one after dinner. Dont miss the obstacle course in the salt water pool, that was tons of fun for everyone in the family.

Hotel itself is nice. The room service can be better as the room was cleaned some days but not others. Buffett had the same food every day. There are many restaurants but you must have a reservation.

The transportation service was unacceptable. We were forced to wait at the airport for an extended period, even though I had pre-arranged and paid for the VIP transportation service. This service was triple the cost of an Uber Black, yet it failed to provide even the most basic level of punctuality and professionalism

When I made my reservation, the resort assigned a personal concierge. However, due to consistently delayed responses, I requested a change but received no reply. To make matters worse, upon arrival, no one attended to my family. Given the rate of over $1,000 per night, I expected the 5-star service you advertise. While the physical facilities are acceptable, the quality of service has been subpar—even for the peak season. This experience barely reflects the standards of a 5-star resort, feeling more like a 3.5-star establishment.

Overbooked. Very crowded! Did not allow anyone to walk up to any of the restaurants for dinner and made reservations mandatory but reservations were only allowed to be made online and it was difficult to find any availability with a complicated system to use for the reservations. The staff gave us the run around about making reservations as if they didn’t want anyone to eat dinner. They gave us reservations either at 10pm or 6pm. Way too many people were booked and not enough accommodations to serve that many people. Always ran out of towels and not enough chairs around the pool. Staff would take your order around the pool and end up giving it to someone else or not bringing it to us as all. Staff barely spoke English.

There was definitely a learning curve to this stay. We were there for 5 nights and got the hang of everything by the 3rd night. This facility is very beautiful. It’s about 1 km/0.9 mile walk from one end to the other. But it goes by fast while you’re browsing. The arcade and bowling is pay to use, but it’s cheap. There’s taco station, ice cream station, and crêpe station along the way at all hours of the day, which was amazing for a quick snack. The bar doesn’t start serving alcohol till 11 AM which I thought was weird. But you can get mimosas at breakfast. Love Bailey’s in my coffee and had to ask. I’d advise getting a hold of your concierge as soon as you book your stay. Look up all the restaurants and make reservations for each restaurant before you get there. We went for Xmas and maybe that’s why everything was booked up. We were able to get dinner reservations on our last night by our concierge who tried his hardest to help. He also helped get our room stocked with water and snacks. Housekeeping is amazing and fast but they don’t restock the fridge and snacks. A different person does and he comes by midday. If you are not in the room, you don’t get anything. I’d suggest to the facility to give this person a key and if they knock and no answer, as long as no “do not disturb” sign, go in and restock the water, drinks and snacks. Also they only give beer, water and soda in the room. No hard liquor stocked up in the room like I was used to in other resorts.

Pools were freezing cold despite the warm weather so it was not pleasant at all to swim. Ocean was dirty. Service was TERRIBLE. We went during NYE and despite paying 3x the regular rates, they were operating with a skeleton crew and rooms would go days without cleaning - even if you explicitly called and requested it. I called ahead of time to have a van ready for me to take me to the airport and leaven though they texted me a confirmation, when I went to check out there was no van and there was nothing scheduled. I had booked three rooms and had requested if the rooms could be close by. I knew it wasn’t guaranteed but wanted to see what could be done. During check in the person said they have three rooms side by side and I was extremely happy. Then after all was said and done, he told me it’ll be $8,500 extra. I got pretty upset because had he told me up front they’ll be charging me for side by side rooms, I would have just refused. So then everything had to be reversed and check in took over an hour total. Overall a bad start and just got worse from there. Won’t be coming back - especially during a busy season.

The room was very clean and comfortable, and the amenities were great. The staff was friendly and helpful whenever we interacted with them. Because the hotel is very large and was extremely busy during our stay, there were a few moments where service was slower than expected — for example, snacks in the room weren’t always replenished daily, breakfast could have long lines, and pool service sometimes took quite a while. Overall, it was still a very good experience, just impacted a bit by how full the hotel was.
