The customer service at this property is top level and I absolutely recommended. The restaurants are good, to be very honest not a wow restaurant but considering the Prices and location that was something secondary for me. But what really wow me was the villa, it was big enough, clean, and in a great location - beach front, and obviously Alejandro was always available and ready to help and make us happy! "Loved breathless soul! The staff were amazing and made us feel very comfortable. Very clean room and facility. We liked that there were multiple pools, lots of chairs/seating options, the beachfront was directly on the property which was great, food was surprisingly good for a resort (we went in expecting mediocre and ended up pleasantly surprised at the variety and quality of the food). The only downside was the aggressive push to use the added “experiences”. We understand upselling is normal but the 5 emails/messages about the “coupons” and excursion options plus the “tour” which ended in a 20 minute review of the add ons was a bit much. Overall a 5/5 experience for us however. We will definitely be returning in the future."
