Wyndham Grand Cancun All Inclusive Resort & Villas

"Booked last minute on August 14 and had a genuinely good stay. Food was good, drinks were good, and the bartenders and service staff were great. One thing dragged it down. Nobody told us at check-in that à la carte restaurants must be booked by noon through the resort app, and that policy is nowhere in writing. We got back from the outlets around 1:00 pm, and by the time the front desk confirmed how the app worked, everything was full. The supervisor, Judith, told us to figure it out ourselves and book the next morning, which was our checkout day, and never mentioned the dinner buffet was available. That one sentence would have solved it. The TV app also never loaded and the room phone audio kept cutting out. What saved it was Alan, the food service manager, who listened, took it seriously, and personally arranged picanha steak and shrimp for us with the chef checking in on the meal. Real hospitality. Fix the front desk communication and this is a 5."

"I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this resort! From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. My room was kept clean and comfortable, and the pools and resort areas were beautiful and well maintained. A special thank you to Paola from Concierge, who went above and beyond to make my stay even better. She kept me updated with all the hotel activities, information, and everything I needed to know throughout my stay. Her communication, kindness, and professionalism truly made a difference. I also want to thank the housekeeping team, room service, pool staff, and everyone who worked so hard to make my vacation enjoyable. There were so many wonderful staff members that I may not remember everyone’s name, but I truly appreciate every single one of them. I would definitely recommend this resort and would love to come back again! Thank you for making my vacation so memorable! ❤️🌴☀️"

"We absolutely love the Haven. The staff are amazing and the food was delicious. Our concierge Nacho always goes above and beyond and is a true credit to the hotel. Caesar at the serenity pool is great and he can’t do enough for everyone. We loved our stay as always and will be back in February."
