"Had the absolute best trip to this resort! Food at all the restaurants was amazing; didn’t have a bad meal all week. We wished some of the restaurants were open for lunch so we could eat there even more, but snack bars were amazing. Pools were great; lots of little areas to hang out and the bar staff there were awesome, along with all the staff around the resort. Stayed with my partner in the hotel; amazing view from our balcony and room was great. Didn’t make it to all of the evening shows, but the ones we did were exceptional and we absolutely loved the rock show. Location is also great as you’re very close to the airport, as well as the attractions in the hotel zone. Would highly recommend staying here!"

"Worst all inclusive Ive been in my life. Incredibly rude staff (specifically the restaurants, with some rude staff in front desk, but not all). Treated me and our group (all of us older and not drinking) like kids, being disrespectful and plainly rude. "

"The beach is beautiful, the resort is very clean and the food and drinks are good. This is our 4th time at the Royal Sands. I hope to go back next year. "

"The staff at the Royalton Chic were nice. The room was beautiful, and the meals served at the main dinning hall were great! The majority of the liquor offered at the bars was rail but if you ask for top shelf and they have it, the staff will provide it. I had dinner at the stem house which was great! For an all inclusive over new years weekend, the accommodations were adequate for the price. "

"Great location , overall great trip, the only negative thing i have to say is some of the staff assume you dont understand Spanish and they speak bad about you , for that reason some of them had no tip lol "

"A much needed escape from reality and falling back in love with Mexico! I can't express how much I loved Live Aqua-from check in to departure. It all went smoothly and I was so spoiled by the end. I would like to give shout outs to Daniel at the Aqua Club, Daniel at the daily buffet and Romero, our butler. These people go above and beyond every day for whatever you need. "

"Five star the mentioned employees. Mercedes in the Buffett restaurant. She was amazing and very helpful. Carlos on the beach was amazing with all the assistance with chairs and umbrellas. Bonnie served. Bartenders were all nice and friendly. Each runners that would bring you drinks were amazing. The parts that were not good. The spray that they put in the air is so toxic. Everywhere smells moldy and musky. The place has mold. When you get off the elevator the smell of lacker that I believe is to cover up the mold smell. The next huge complaint is the pushy upsell ALL the time. Restaurant no reservation but they can put one in just for you for a $150 dollar wine. Or go check out our other resort bc of the complaint of no where to seat unless you get up early to go save a spot. Upgrade your room for another $100 dollars a night. I bought the Preferred package. NOT worth the money. "
