"We stayed in Deluxe Swim up Ocean view and it was the best. All staff from reception to restaurant were very professional, attentive and friendly. They did make us wait till the 3 pm check in time but allowed us to use all the amenties while we ate. I recommend to those who want a relaxing time, its not for those who want a party atmosphere. The buffet food is okay but there are lots of options. I plan to return. "

"Nice clean resort. Staff members are amazing. Entertainment staff gets everyone involved. House keeping did a great job. At one point they were cleaning the room and we had to get something out, they verified it was actually our room prior to letting us enter. Over all great small family resort."

"Property was very clean. Staff was amazing, always smiling. The only minor issue was booking the Umami (teppanyaki) we were there for 7 nights and only got a reservation for the last night. In order to get this reservation we had to set an alarm for midnight to book. The frustrating part of the reservation was the restaurant was empty and we were 4 people at the table which means there was plenty of room/availability for other guests who were for sure trying to get a reservation. The buffet was always awesome with every night being a new theme. I personally don’t do night life so this wasn’t an issue but there is very minimal entertainment for those who enjoy the nightlife/shows. If you just want to lounge at the pool this is not the place unless you are up very early, this was a non issue as I spend my days at the beach. Servers all day at the beach for drinks and food. Over all if you are looking for a small, everything at your fingertips resort this is the place. I enjoyed my stay at this small hotel compared to huge resorts where getting places takes a half hour. Perfect little resort"

"Not your typical all inclusive resort, so be careful when booking. Highlight was the room for the price. Massive 1 bedroom villa, almost like a condo with a kitchen, oceanfront. It was great. Downsides, this place is basically a time share. You are hassled everywhere you go about attending a presentation or buying into the property. We were asked at check-in, they called our room multiple times, and they would stop and ask us when we walked around. Food was meh. Buffet was not the best. The food was almost the same everyday, and quality was poor. Full service restaurants were okay, and limited. A lot of items on the menu were extra. Haven't experienced this at an all inclusive before. Not a lot for kids to do, they had a water park and a kids zone drop off. The "resort" has no nightlife. So be cautious. Once the restaurants and the pool bars close, that's it. No bars, no late night food to grab. No where to hang out but your room. Overall, the room was the best part of the stay due to having 2 young kids. I would not stay here again or recommend it. Between being hassled about time shares everyday, and zero activities and night life, it's not worth it. It's pretty much a hotel trying to be an an inclusive."

"Staff is amazing! So helpful and always smiling. Jose went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with everything! The breakfast buffet was great and the Italian restaurant (reservation required) was a favourite! Ocean views are breath taking. Beautiful resort. Good lattes too ☺️"
