Came to a different resort in cancun 2 years ago and the experience at NYX blew it out of the water. Food was great (Italian and umami) but the service was amazing. Mateo (waiter) at the Italian restaurant was a pleasure, the service was exceptional.

This is a smaller resort but had fantastic staff and service. Rooms weren't fancy, but they are well maintained and clean. We enjoyed the Deck restaurant with a different menu for every evening. The Magic Bar by the pool was staffed with excellent bar tenders who are fast and friendly. The pool staff were great also, and the ocean area was beautiful.

Beautiful and clean resort and good staff, Jojo was very nice and helpful when we checked in he briefed us with all the activities at the resort we had a great time there. Misael was a great server in the breakfast buffet , we were a party of 8 vacationers all happy....👍👍👍👍
