The food was alright and the dinner buffet was served in a room that was hot and there were flies everywhere. Breakfast buffet was better as it was inside the hotel not on the patio. Staff were nice but not always attentive especially if you weren’t shuffling them $20 every time you sat down to eat. I can count at least three meals we never got a water refill the entire hour and a half we were sitting there. Our room was not as cold as we would have liked it. Tried adjusting the thermostat but it would not blow below 72 degrees which sucked after a hot day at the beach.

Beautiful beach & food service! Entertainment was great & food was good. Unfortunately front desk wasn’t great at solving my room conflict. I entered and AC was dripping & flooding my room, toilet wasn’t working & smelled really bad. Had a night without electricity, slept in the humid room bc they didn’t give me a new room right away instead had maintenance come in & make a mess. Stayed most of my vacation out of my room, maybe it was just luck but front girl (I think named Melanie) sounded like it happened often. I would consider other

Everything was such a nice walking distance to and from the hotel room, not like other big resorts that you have to walk miles and miles to get from and to the room. We really enjoyed and loved this hotel. We will definitely book again.
