「早朝から日没まで丸一日現地ツアーに参加する予定の日に素泊まりでリーズナブルなホテルに宿泊したいと思い、このホテルを選びました。 お部屋は、シンプルで清潔でした。 デスクとは別に、テイクアウトの食事を食べるテーブルがあればよかったかな。 ブレスレット型のルームキーが時々反応しなくなります。レセプションに直してもらいに行くのが面倒くさい。 プールやレストランは利用しませんでした。 ホテル前の海は手入れされていて、綺麗でした。 朝ホテルを出たところに車で売りに来ていたタコス屋さんが安くて絶品だったので、ぜひ！ スタッフはみなさんフレンドリーで感じ良いです。」

「The overall stay was very enjoyable. Resort was beautiful and clean and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Only thing we felt could have been better was the temperature of the pool water. It was too warm and even though we understand it was due to the hot weather, we wondered if cold water could have been filtered into the plunge pool at least to make it a bit cooler. The water temperature was almost as warm as the weather so didn’t provide a refreshing experience we had hoped...

「子連れには最適　バスでショッピングモールに行くのも簡単です。運転手に降りる場所を言うと　教えてくれます。 ショーも素晴らしいし、食べ物も美味しく　スタッフもフレンドリーでした。 キッズプール、キッズルームも孫も大喜びでした。」

「スタッフの方は、いずれも親切な方が多かったです。 一方、施設や部屋の質については、カンクン内の同ランクのall inclusiveホテルよりも劣っており、景色や海の綺麗さも、ホテルエリアに比べると、かなり劣るものでした。また、ベットのダニが酷くて、辛い思いをしたので、そこはぜひ改善頂きたいです。」

「If you’re looking for a stay for relaxation this is a place to be. The property isn’t huge, it’s straight to the point. There are parties but on another Riu property (definitely fun, everyone goes) which they provide transportation roundtrip. The late night entertainment is fun and interactive, food was okay of course after sometime you do get tired of the food which is expected. But overall, 4/5 the point was to relax and i did.」

「ドライヤーが壊れていたので交換を頼んだら対応が早くすぐに持ってきてくれた。タオルも同様にすぐに持ってきてくれた。日本だと当たり前だけど、アメリカではかなり貴重」

「カンクン空港に深夜到着だったので一泊しました。地図帳でホテルの場所が大変分かりづらく、また大雨だったためタクシーで向かいました。最寄りの第2ターミナルからですとホテルが見える距離で歩いて5-10分、私たちが到着した第4ターミナルからはかなり距離があり歩いていくには難しく感じました。（晴れていたら歩けるのかもしれません） ホテルは清潔で快適に過ごさせていただきました。ありがとうございました。」
