「We knew this wasn’t typical all-inclusive hotel, but the meal service kept changing during our stay. First, breakfast was a buffet, then it switched to a menu. One day the service was perfect, the next day it wasn’t. We couldn’t use the beach because of the large amount of seaweed. The rooftop pool is for adults only. The kids couldn’t enjoy the view. Our vacation wasn’t bad, it was just good.」

「Fantastic stay at the lotus beach hotel. Staff was very helpful and breakfast was delicious! Snorkeling right is the beach coast was a nice bonus. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants!! 」

「Playa Norteに近いということで選びました．早朝にホテルに着き，チェックインは15:00からにも関わらず，準備できた部屋があるとのことで，当初予定されていた内陸側の部屋ではなく，海側に近い部屋を用意してくれました．しかし，我々がファミリー（4名）ということを忘れていたのか，2名分のタオルしかなく，我々も気付かずに最初の1泊を過ごしました．その後は人数分のタオルが用意されましたが，タイル張りの床の掃除にムラがあったこと，トイレの便座が壊れていて左右に動いたこと，ネット環境が少し悪く，部屋ではつながらないこと（ロビーでは快適），あと，設備全体に少し老朽化が進んでいること，などが惜しいと感じました．あと，これはカンクンの多くのホテルに当てはまることかもしれませんが，ホテルの水道水はどうも飲める気がしない変なにおいと味がしました．しかし，ここのホテルは何よりも立地が良く，特にHermosa Caletaへ徒歩2分で行くことが出来ました．またホテルの受付の方も非常に愛想が良く，イスラムヘーレスでの非常に素晴らしい一時を過ごすことが出来ました．Oceanvs beach...

「This was our first trip to Isla and what a beautiful place to stay! Friendly staff, rooms were nice and clean. Would definitely recommend to others and would stay here again!」

「While the room itself was nice....the location is terrible. There is a view of the ocean, but it's across the street...so it's an ocean view but not ocean front. There is a gas station right beside the room...constant lines of traffic. there is a speed bump right in front, so all vehicles slow down. Two bright street lights shining into the room all night. I would certainly not recommend and def would not stay there again.」

「Staff were accommodating. Place and its location is very accessible to restaurants, stalls, and tourist area, especially the beach. You’re 3 to 5 minutes walk to the beach areas, don’t look for a beach front in this hotel. I recommend that you bring your own toiletries. Don’t expect for the cleanliness of your room to be a top notch like your 3-5 stars hotel. Overall, it’s a nice place to stay if you’re looking for a homy and chill vibe in the island.」

「Great little hotel. Our room was very nice, large, good bathroom, and great water views from our balcony. The staff are amazing - so friendly. The location is good and easy two minute walk from the ferry. The pool was okay - We spent our days at the beach so didn’t really need a pool. I would stay here again for sure. 」
