Great relaxing spot on Isla Mujeres

Fabulous, relaxed hotel. We had a great stay, great service, and loved the location on Isla Mujeres. The front desk staff were really helpful, always checking if there was anything we needed. And the restaurant food was delicious with great service and a great view of the bay.

We absolutely loved our stay here! They were incredible at helping us arrange for transport to and from the airport to the ferry and from the ferry to their hotel and they had golf cart rental right there for us as well. We will most definitely be back again and highly recommend this hotel! The staff Were amazing and the facilities were beautiful and clean.

This place is nice and quiet away from the main crowed tourist action and loud music. They have a good restaurant on property and you can rent a Golf cart from their to tour the island. The furniture and beds were not great, but not too bad either.

We recently had a group of 7 that stayed in 4 different room types on the property! All were clean, beautifully decorated and exceeded our expectations. Staff were courteous and helpful! The restaurant on site had excellent food and service as well. Although there isnt a sandy beach out front it still met all of.our needs! Will certainly stay here again!

Beautiful Stay!

Bahia Tolok is a beautiful, quiet and private. My husband and I decided to stay here after our regular stay was booked up. We fell in love with the staff and views. The restaurant on site is a must try! The chef came to our table with his family to check in on us. The food was some of the best on the island. We stayed in the Penthouse, it is a walk up some steep stairs but worth every step. We will be back.

My husband, my toddler and I stayed for a long weekend at Tolok. Absolutely recommend. I was a little nervous bc I hadn’t heard much about it, but this boutique hotel exceeded my expectations. The honeymoon suite was fabulous. Nicely appointed and had its own little balcony. The salt water pool was clean and beautiful. The nights were quiet, the staff was kind, and the restaurant was convenient and well priced for breakfast. Loved our stay. 10/10

It’s a beautiful boutique hotel nestled on the west side of the island . The pool and seating area are perfect. We felt like we were house guestsnd were treated wonderfully . It is very family friendly hotel . I highly recommend this place !!

We stayed at Bahia Tolok for 5 nights. We felt very safe the entire stay, the staff and owners are so nice and helpful with anything we needed, the room was very comfortable - plenty of room and the air conditioner worked great! Best shower pressure ever single day and we always had plenty of hot water. Definitely recommend! We will stay here again.
