We had an amazing family friendly stay at SLS Playa Mujeres! We were amazed by quality of the food, the attentiveness of the staff and overall, we were just extremely impressed by the experience we had here. We've been to 6 all-inclusives in Mexico and we had the best time at this resort. We will be back!

Beautiful hotel and amazing food and service. Everything felt very luxurious and nothing was too much trouble. Beds were super comfortable too. Only issue we had was our room overlooked the marina side with a flat mosaic roof beyond our balcony and there was workman on the other side every day we were there, meaning the balcony was unusable.

SLS Playa Mujeres is a beautiful luxury resort our room was a captivate swim out it was wonderful! Our room was spacious and very clean. The whole resort is so clean. The restaurant options are great, Dinner was wonderful and lots of options. The staff at the Market for breakfast were very accommodating. lunch at Celo & Tweedy was amazing! Food is very good. Staff so friendly, They were so happy to serve us and make sure we were having a great experience. Concierge team was a pleasure to deal with. Was very impressed the resort provided sunscreen and bronzer at the pool areas! We loved the resort only downside for us was the seaweed and the beach area was not very long, but the staff did their best to keep it cleaned up.

Nice pool, great food, well maintained resort, great for family w kids. The beach has coarse sand and lots of sea weed at the bottom of the beach. In general great all inclusive resort if booking at reasonable price. I was lucky to be able to reserve all restaurants for dinner.

Our stay was amazing we had a great time and would come back!! Every restaurant was great staff was very helpful. Wish the hot tubs were hot was the only complaint I would have. Mr Roger with the pool entertainment was awesome!

Everything about the stay felt seamless, and very different from your usual all inclusive experience. Nothing about this place felt cheap and mass produced, it was very intentionally designed. Something to note - there were a fair amount of kids. Truly is a great place for adults with kids to still have a great experience however if you are not interested in having kids around I’d recommend sticking to an adults only

The location is absolutely perfect! It’s close enough to walk to the action, yet far enough away that you don’t hear much of the noise from all the action nearby. The location is ideal, and for the price, you get comfortable beds and a great rooftop pool with a nice view. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning.

The amenities are not satisfied. The resort is luxury, but, there is no slippers, no body wash, no toothpaste,… my room has so many issues. The bathroom door couldn’t closed. The light didn’t turn on. The toilet was clogged most of the time. They told me to change the room. But, after they fixed those problems, they didn’t let me change the room. The toilet kept clogged. However, the resort was clean. Staffs were nice, helpful and friendly. Food was good. Except the Asian restaurant. The good choice for family.

This trip was great!! Family loved it. The only small downside we had was when teenagers stayed a night next door and there was an extreme amount of yelling, arguing, partying, etc. the staff did come down but I feel like they could have done more to minimize it. They gave them too many chances.
