"Our stay at Excellence was truly amazing. We booked a room with a rooftop pool, and it was absolutely stunning—such a unique and relaxing experience. The staff throughout the resort were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made our trip even more enjoyable. One area that could use improvement is the sports bar. With only two staff members serving, the service was understandably slow. It would definitely benefit from additional staffing. We also noticed that our rooftop pool had a dark ring around the top, so it could have used a bit more attention in terms of cleaning. It would have been even better if the pool were heated, as we didn’t get to enjoy it as much as we had hoped. The restaurants, however, were fantastic. A special shoutout to Rolando at the Grill—he took great care of us and made our dining experience memorable. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to fully enjoy the beach due to the sargassum, but Antonio was so kind and attentive while we spent time there, which we really appreciated. Overall, the resort is absolutely beautiful, and we had such a great time. We were genuinely sad to leave and would definitely consider coming back."

"My girlfriend and I just got back from and needless to say it was the best all-inclusive resort I have stayed at. What stuck out to me the most was how efficient the staff was especially by the pool. One of the workers literally brought two loungers from the other side of the pool and gave us his personal umbrella because the pool was crowded, and asked us where we wanted it. Also all of the staff carry a great attitude. One of the staff members said he valued a great customer experience over a tip when I told him I didn’t have cash. Overall, me and my girlfriend always felt prioritized and attended. Combined with the awesome amenities I give a solid 10/10."

"Property was fine. Room was clean and spacious. Not enough pool chairs, reservations at all restaurants are a MUST before you arrive or you will not get a table. Tipping is very much expected after each transaction you have to sign a bill after each drink or food order made (even if you get the all-inclusive package) which is annoying. We observed many frustrated guests during our stay arguing with staff (front desk, restaurants). For the amount of money I paid in comparison to other resorts we’ve stared at in Mexico, it wasn’t the best experience and I would not stay here again."

"Superbe endroit avec paysage magnifique sur la mer. Tout le personnel du resort est très chaleureux. Alberto de l'équipe Entertainment a été particulièrement gentil avec nous et Lili au World Café nous a donné un service impeccable tous les jours. Il y a plusieurs piscines selon si vous voulez plus ou moins d'action autour de vous et une section jeux d'eau pour les enfants très bien pour les familles. Je recommande ce resort sans hésitation!"
