Great resort if you don’t wanna leave because it’s far away , staff was great , however pool was quiet kind of boring no music or activities whatsoever also the room floors are very slippery . Our child slipped from walking from shower to the bed.

Hotel is great and overall had a great experience! Food was good, most staff was helpful, and drinks where amazing! Only detail about the trip is my room had an animal stuck in the wall. I called the front desk 3 times and was told maintenance would come and check it out all 3 times. Nobody ever came and had the sound of the animal my whole stay! Very disappointed in this and would have given higher rating if it was not due to this.

We had an amazing stay at Grand Palladium Select Costa Mujeres! Everything was wonderful from start to finish. Although the resort is quite large, getting around was very easy and actually became part of the experience. We loved hopping on the boats and golf carts to explore the property and get to the restaurants, entertainment, beach, and pool areas. There was so much to see and do, and we really enjoyed having the opportunity to explore different parts of the resort. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend staying here!

An outstanding vacation for the entire family. Great, friendly service. Incredible spa. Wonderful rooms. Beach was great with terrific drink service and less seaweed than other hotel (played in the ocean as much as we could). Great food in all the restaurants, including the buffet. The property is very well maintained and clean. Just a terrific week for all, including my wife, and 12 & 15 year old kids.

The only reason I am giving a 4 star is because of the checking in process. Check-in was so long and uncoordinated. There has to be a better way to accommodate guests at the front desk in a timely manner. Why would I spend almost an hr on the queue???? Otherwise, our weekend was amazing. Fantastic resort, excellent amenities, fabulous restaurants.

The room was cleaned well. The staff did accommodate us well, except for dining. They usually had good intentions; however, they fell short on multiple occasions in relation to accommodating vegetarian and gluten-free-friendly meals. It did take quite a while for them to prepare our room upon our arrival as well, and they did not offer a place for us to change into more resort-friendly clothing. After mentioning this, we were told they did have a space to do this, but it was not offered upon arrival. Overall, we did not have a pleasant experience and will not return.

To some it may be a 5 stars to others a 4 stars Plenty to do , lots of pool chairs , rest areas with lots of sitting options make it great to relax in evening , the property is big and it takes a while to adapt to the shuttle service or boat shuttles. Buffet is nice and clean , speciality restaurants are different but offer a similar version of the buffet . Vegetation is nice mmacikate and well taken care of. Rooms are nice and the balcony is very private from left to right ( neighbors) We enjoyed ourselves only after mastering the line ups , the reservations and where to get a coffee in the morning . It’s a great hotel don’t hesitate to go

We had an amazing stay at Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres! The resort is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. The food was excellent, with plenty of restaurants and a great variety of options every day. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless. The pools and beach were absolutely stunning, making it the perfect place to relax. The entertainment team did a fantastic job, offering fun activities during the day and enjoyable shows at night. Every detail made our vacation memorable. We truly enjoyed every moment and would highly recommend Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. We can’t wait to come back!

The room was very clean and the clean staff was very serviceful and kind. Dan Herrera our concierge made our stay very smooth following every request made, restaurants reservations, extra information, and more, he is very kind and polite. Our stay was in general very pleasant and out of stress.
