Made for a super peaceful and relaxing vacation without having to fight for a chair at the pool. Was there Pres Week and never had a problem finding a seat at beach or pool or at the specialty restaurant. Ceviche at Chala was great and something I looked forward to each day. They could use more reservation availability at each to accommodate the amt of people at the property but for the size it never felt crazy or too crowded. "

"Rooms were clean and cleaned daily by staff. They also did a good job stocking the mini fridge. We did lose power one morning, but it wasn't out too long. My only complaint was with booking restaurants. When we logged on every morning at 8:00 a.m most of the restaurants were already booked or didn't have enough space for us. We did eat at the seafood restaurant one night, and I'm sorry to say the food was not good. We are not picky people, but the fish was mushy, and no one liked their meal.
