"Personal is not to friendly food not to much variety "

"I have never left a review, but felt compelled to write this one. This hotel was nice and facility itself was gorgeous, but I felt we were paying too much for not a ton on return. We often waited 1+ hour to be served food, only for the food to come out with a hair in it, had to wake up at 7am every day just to hope to get a pool spot (there were plenty of places, but at least half were ones that would require extra payment), and often had miscommunications with the staff that left us feeling like we were bothering people for things. The beach club is nice but is not at all attached to the property, it’s about a 10 min drive away and all beach chairs (that wouldn’t require extra payment) were taken by 10:30am. Restaurants require a reservation, but without one there’s no options for dinner other than room service, unless the restaurant happens to be able to squeeze you in. Buffet is open for breakfast and lunch but is pretty limited. Vantage club access was nice. Overall, beautiful property, probably some of the better food we’ve had in taste, but I will not be coming back. I prefer all inclusives where I don’t have to feel so stressed about coordinating each part of our day. "

"Our stay at emporio was the worst thing I have experienced I travel a lot and wanted to give them a chance and it went terribly when room was cleaned towels wouldnt be replaced with clean ones it was a struggle to have a towel that was clean and it would be an issue asking the staff cause they had a terrible attitude felt like asking was a bother when it’s there job this resort had 3 jacuzzis and not a single one was hot they felt like normal pools we would ask staff to see if they can’t make it hotter or what’s wrong and they would avoid it and never come back pillows in room had black spots and our ac, hot water for shower and refrigerator did not work they said they fixed it but looked and felt the same also the resort was under a lot of renovation that they never mentioned so we were limited in certain areas there was also little bugs in the shower and in our room water would leak from the side when we would shower we asked the receptionist upfront if we could switch rooms and she said that would be an extra $95 a night after telling her everything that’s wrong with the room our beach was full of it i understand it’s high season but we visited other beaches near by and they were cleaned up "

"The hotel doesn't have much food. Every day pretty much is the same kind of food. A total of five people in our family, 3 of us had stomach issues after eating in two of the restaurants with vomiting and diarrhea symptoms. This is our first time having a late return flight after 4pm. I didn't realize we need to check out before 11am, so when we checked out at 12:15 they charged us 75 U.S dollars/per room for the late fee check-out. I am very disappointed with the hotel. Our first time here and also last. I have no plan to come back to this location."

"It’s an older property but is clean. Couch was a bit grubby and had broken tiles. Had to get a different room after checking in as there was a water leak in the first one "

"Not enough staff. buffet staff cant bring cutlery or clean tables. slow and even non existent service. waiters forget your orders. too long waits in all restaurants. won’t be back. Food mostly gross. -Magey mexican was the best."

"Let’s be real the only thing this resort got right was the staff. They were genuinely kind and welcoming. Everything else? A complete fail. For an “all-inclusive,” the food situation was almost laughable. We couldn’t get a single restaurant reservation the entire stay, yet somehow there were empty tables every night. Turns out, if you’re not a “club member,” good luck you’re basically an afterthought. What exactly are we paying for then? And the buffet? Easily the worst I’ve ever had. Most of the food was straight up inedible cold, poorly prepared, and clearly lacking any kind of quality control. Calling this “all-inclusive dining” is generous at best. This place sells an experience it simply cannot deliver. Between the unfair reservation system and the terrible food, the entire stay felt like a waste. We definitely won’t be back."
