The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. We had a great time and really enjoyed every moment here. The property was beautiful, peaceful, and made our trip feel special. We would definitely come back again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a smooth and enjoyable vacation experience."

"The room was clean - the staff doing a good job - but is not a kid friendly except the pool ,, there’s no activities for kids ,, except the kids club which is a small room with toys that’s it !! The food was average nothing spectacular - sometimes they close the buffet for no reason and one of restaurants as well,, I don’t know why — also the buffet one day I saw a small cockroach near the food ,, makes me thinking about the cleanliness of the kitchen ,, overall is okay "

"The food is not the great, they only have two restaurants and we couldn’t even get a reservation for either of them and we ended up having to find a restaurant out of the hotel to eat. The lunch is the same everyday not a great variety, the drinks are so sweet and slushy. The front desk staff especially their manager is rude, we went to get massages (which were great and the staff was so nice). The same morning we were going to check out and we passed the check out time for 5 min and the manager wanted to charge us $60, after we explained it’s only been 5 mins and we just needed to bring our bags down she went to our room and made sure all of our stuff was out in less than 5 mins, extremely disrespectful. After we had explained we were getting Massages in their resort and consuming, and it was only 5 min. She continued to be rude saying who was going to be reposible for the time she was loosing with the room. Safe to say I’ll never stay here again."
