"Check in was efficient but being made to wait 27 min to just hit official check in time was a bit awkward. Have been to this property 4-5 times but seems they have sacrificed service for extra charges. Paid for room service and got 1/3 items, promised to correct order but never came back. Food was same every day despite published themes. Overall stay was ok but gave it very good 3 months ago."

"I had to change the room because the next room had a party at 2 in the morning and they were extremely noisy even though the security staff told them three times. The following day, I was awaken by a loud noise created by a drunk person and there was a big chaos on the 4th floor."

"It was okay as per the price. I asked for maintainance the first day couple of times because the water was dropping from the bathroom celing and noone follows up and the issue was not resolved.The pool was good. The AC stays in 20 degree and you cannot adjust the temperature.There was maintenance going on we were distributed for almost 2 days .Needs maintenance all round the resort. Overall it was okay."

"I don't think I'll stay anywhere else ever. Very nice property, I didn't get to explore the food much. Pool side food was good, room service food was good, and beach club eats were good. The beach club is really good paying for the cabana was worth it TO US."

"The staff was fantastic as were the restaurant options. At first I was disappointed that an ocean view didn’t mean a balcony but much to my surprise the common areas were so well thought out and much more enjoyable than a balcony. "

"We had a nice time overall, but there were several areas where the experience fell short of expectations: The food quality was disappointing and did not meet the level we expected. We requested body gel/soap multiple times over several days and never received it. One of the towels in our room was dirty, which raised concerns about housekeeping standards. Café service was inconsistent—at times we were given multiple bottled waters, while other times we were told there was a strict limit of two, which was confusing. Dinner service at both the Asian and steak restaurants was very slow. The facilities felt older and not well maintained, which was surprising given that we were told the property opened only two years ago. While staying in the Enclave, we were not informed about the welcome package. We only discovered it after noticing other guests with Enclave bags and had to ask about it three days into our stay. The game room experience was unusual—activities like paddle tennis were limited to a 15-minute rental, which felt restrictive. Cleanliness around the pool area was lacking, with food left out and not cleared promptly, suggesting inconsistent upkeep. Overall, there are opportunities to improve service consistency, communication, and general maintenance to better align with guest expectations."
