"I went in with low expectations being an all inclusive family resort. I couldn’t have been more wrong! We had the best trip at this resort a the pool side family suites are so convenient. The food was fresh, the staff was wonderful, we had no issue getting reservations in any of the restaurants. I would recommend bringing a lot of 1’s for tipping because these are some of the most efficient, hard working people I’ve ever seen in my life. I loved the smallness and intimacy of the resort and because of that I think the food and drinks and amenities were much higher quality than your average all inclusive. We couldn’t have had a more relaxing, wonderful time!"

"I was supposed to be in a room with an ocean view with 2 double beds. Instead i got a king size bed and a rollaway bed. Not what i paid for . Not very happy about it."

"The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The rooms were clean and in acceptable condition. Cleaning was done on a daily basis (if you want it, we chose every other day). Food in the restaurants was good and have a variety of types to choose from with a buffet style restaurant in the middle of the complex that is good. Overall a good value for the money. Some things to be aware of... this is a very child friendly property and if this is what you are looking for or need then great (it IS NOT a quiet place). If you are expecting 5 star on a 3 star budget... you are going to be disappointed. If you don't wake up before sunrise and go to the various pools or beach and stake out your cabana or sun chair you'll be out of luck, which can be frustrating. All in all, we had a very enjoyable stay, met some wonderful people from the UK and Canada and got lots of sun. "
