"I was given a room when o arrived but the a/c stop working they first said they fixed it but it was not fixed luckily there was a gentleman there and he helped me switch rooms and it was perfect the only problem with this hotel is that it’s very very out dates the lounge chairs for the beach are broken and dirty the regular lounge chairs to tan are old and need to be replaced the breakfast is trash the food that they sell is no good I asked for a cheese burger well done and it came back raw the drinks are amazing and there nachos as well the staff is very friendly but they need to improve on the menu for breast munch and dinner it’s sucks for sure the only good thing I did see that they would clean the pool and check the water every few hours but those chairs are horrible and uncomfortable the ones like I said for the beach are ripped and broken they need to improve that and uodate all the rooms the worst thing they do t have phones in the room so if we need something at what ever time we have to go out of our way and walk downs stairs it’s crazy I never seen a room with. I phone I had balcony it was a little dirty and the sliding door was jamming the bathroom smelled like urin it was disgusting luckily I bought mini cleaning supplies the pullout couch was disgusting n very very dirty the really need to invest and remodel the room and put phones because it’s crazy how I had to go 6 times down stairs because of the a/c until they moved me finally would I come again NOPE NEVER!"

"Overall, it was good. People are extremely nice, the facility is clean, and their rooms are what they show in the pic… But when it comes to the pool, from the three pools, not all of them were open, I guess because of the season also. Be careful when booking through the app since they will offer you a package for all-inclusive, but when you get there, most likely, they will tell you that you got a different package, and then that will be an extra for it. Also, they have a feed for room service (maybe my expectations were based on previous experience that I had from other all-inclusive where everything is inclusive and you tip if you want, but not that they will charge you a about 10 us or 300 pesos to bringing your food up every time you order). In addition, you’re not allowed to bring food out of the buffet."

"The place was ok, is big resort only 3 restaurants good food in the restaurant, small buffet not too much variety of food. Front desk were not helpful at all. We got 2 full beds instead of Queen bed when we complained the tell us we have to wait till next day and then check out by 12 and then we can get the write room at 3:00 . What an hassle. Finely next day they upgrade the room and we get happy."

The staff was unbelievably friendly, welcoming us with genuine warmth from the moment we arrived. Their attention to detail and willingness to help made the whole stay feel effortless. The service was truly spectacular. Every interaction felt thoughtful, and the team consistently went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. And the food… absolutely delicious. Every meal was full of flavor, beautifully prepared, and a highlight of our trip. We left feeling relaxed, appreciated, and already excited to come back."
