Fue una horrible experiencia mi estadía de 3 días para comenzar la cortina enrollable solo llegaba hasta la mitad de la ventana cuando pagas habitación frente al mar y no la tienes es muy decepcionante luego que el desagüe de la ducha se tapaba y se inundaba la regadera parecía jacuzzi lo reporte y nunca lo solucionaron luego un día no tuve agua en mi habitación en general todo el hotel se quedó sin agua ni de lavamanos en las duchas ni en los baños que fue lo peor de todo no podía hacer mis necesidades en el baño durante ese tiempo pedí la salida del hotel y que reembolsaran la última noche que no iba a estar ahí pero no quisieron dijeron que esperara a solucionar el problema del agua general en todo el hotel y para terminar hablar de los cobros sorpresas en un hotel todo incluido que cobraban por el roomservice, 100 pesos mx por pedir platos seleccionados en el menú de los restaurantes también el costo era de $30-50 usd que si hacías una reservación en un restaurante y no ibas te cargaban $20 usd a tu cuenta más si perdías las tarjetas de las toallas para la piscina costaba $20 dólares usd cada tarjeta y el mini bar únicamente tenía 5 bebidas al día y si solicitaba refil de mini bar son 100 pesos pero bueno al final lo que pagué por la tarifa que supuestamente fue con descuento eso realmente es hasta demasiado para lo que es el hotel en general bueno de la comida le doy puntuación 6 estaba fea y las bebidas mejor ni hablo este hotel es para personas que no saben de hoteles

The property was outdated and some areas just not kept up with. Ok for budget all inclusive hotel. Food was just ok. No coffee shop (unable to use sister resort Grand Caribe). Very little entertainment, just not much to do in the evenings. Definitely nowhere comparable to other resorts we stayed at. Staff was sometimes giving conflicting or incomplete information which lead to avoidable stress during check out (for example, late check out needed to be requested by 7 am, app for dinner reservations not working for hours).

The hotel doesn't have much food. Every day pretty much is the same kind of food. A total of five people in our family, 3 of us had stomach issues after eating in two of the restaurants with vomiting and diarrhea symptoms. This is our first time having a late return flight after 4pm. I didn't realize we need to check out before 11am, so when we checked out at 12:15 they charged us 75 U.S dollars/per room for the late fee check-out. I am very disappointed with the hotel. Our first time here and also last. I have no plan to come back to this location.

The facility was clean and the staff were helpful and nice. My only complaint is the quality of the drinks at the bars. Also, we were not informed of restrictions to access some of the bars and restaurants that are exclusive to timeshares holders/members.

The hotel was clean, the room was clean, the guy who do my check in was very nice and professional ,some of the staff was rude and I’m feel discriminated on my own country , some of the stuff ignored us just because we were Mexicans ,and when they assisted to white people was very nice to them.Im not going to this hotel again.

The staff were friendly and did their best to assist, though they seemed limited by the hotel’s policies and available resources—something that reflects more on management than on the team itself. The food was decent, but not particularly memorable. One downside was the strong push to become a timeshare member in order to access certain amenities, which took away from the overall experience. There were also several cost-saving measures that made the stay feel somewhat restrictive. For example, room service requires a $100 fee to use, and guests are limited to two bottled waters per day, with the expectation to refill at water stations. After spending time in the sun, having access to chilled bottled water would have been much more refreshing than room-temperature refills. Also, rooms had paper thin walls which made it difficult to sleep some nights hearing all the doors shutting or guest walking through the halls. On a positive note, the staff did an excellent job maintaining cleanliness throughout the property, which was appreciated. However, other limitations stood out—alcohol service is restricted to 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., so enjoying something like a mimosa with breakfast isn’t an option. Additionally, there was only one coffee station available, which could be inconvenient during busier times. Overall, while the staff and cleanliness were highlights, the various restrictions and policies made the experience feel more limited than expected

No issues with our stay. They are a green property and only provide two water bottles on the first night. After that you are expected to use your own cup to refill for water or ask for a cup of water. I had to purchase water bottles during our entire stay, had I realized this sooner I would have booked elsewhere. They do not have much of a selection on Mexican food. Transportation is only for club members. Aside from that, we did enjoy our stay.

This is a budget all‑inclusive, and you get what you pay for. The food was below average, and dinner reservations were nearly impossible unless you wanted to eat very late. We actually went into Cancun for dinner a couple nights, which defeats the purpose of an all‑inclusive. Surprisingly, the best food was the hamburgers at the pool buffet. Drinks were disappointing—very sweet with little alcohol. The only reliable drink was a rum and Coke. There’s just one pool bar and one lobby bar, resulting in long lines. The pool bar closes at 6 PM, leaving only the lobby bar for the entire resort. Rooms are outdated with rough and dingy towels and a rusty jetted tub (we didn’t use it), but the beds were comfortable, hot water plentiful, and AC worked great. Big positive: the staff were amazing—friendly, hardworking, and always hustling.

The hotel was good , staff were always very welcoming and the front desk staff were great at checkin a checkout! The Ala carte reservations in Marco Polo and Asian were both great food!! The buffet lacks however for dinner was disappointing on choices but the lunch buffet was very good. I was disappointed in the lack of Mexican options available at buffet at other hotels we had much better. Pool was good just make sure to get up earlier to grab a chair the beach seemed to always have a chair to use
