Lo bueno : me encantó el restaurante las palmas buffet para desayunar muy surtido y rico ! … atención muy buena de parte de los meseros en especial a nuestro mesero de todos los días ( excepto el domingo ) de nombre Modesto ! , de las cenas de especialidad el restaurante The White box con el salmón en costra de pistacho buenísimo ! Puntos malos : 1. Poca privacidad ( una ventana en el baño que da hacia las camas ) literal te podían ver bañarte desde la cama 2. Malísima la aplicación para reservar las cenas de especialidad ( me despertaba justo a las 8 am para poder reservar y no pude hacer ninguna reserva 3. En área de alberca de the sens falta una barra de snacks( solo en el área de alberca del hotel Grand Oasis hay ) 4. No deberían cobrar las camas balinesas

I'm really surprised at some of the negative reviews. We had a nearly perfect visit. If I had to be nit picky, I would say there were times when our neighbors were loud and abnoxious late at night and yes the noise seemed to really carry. The shower temp would randomly change.. would be too cool then too warm.. hard to get the temp just right and keep it that way. All our interactions with the staff were really great. Food was not a problem and we were even able to make reservations at the a la carte restaurants pretty easily. Aside from the hotdogs and hamburgers at the beach bar, the food was really good! This was my first all-inclusive experience and I was pleased. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding several significant issues during our recent stay. While the hotel staff was polite and helpful where possible, the logistical failures severely impacted our vacation experience. Key Issues Encountered: Room Discrepancy & Downgrade: We booked and paid for upgraded rooms but were placed in a standard room with two double beds upon arrival. Although promised a switch the next day, we were not moved until the third day. Service & Booking Disruptions: Due to being "checked out and re-checked in" daily while waiting for our room, we were unable to use the hotel’s restaurant reservation system. Consequently, we missed out on all but two specialty dining options. Inaccurate Amenity Information: The website states the main buffet is open all day; however, it was only available for breakfast. While breakfast was excellent, the lack of lunch and dinner options was a major inconvenience. Facility & Staffing Limitations: Pool: The water was too cold to use, and there was zero seating available for parents to supervise children. Bar Service: Guests were required to wait in long lines to order drinks before being allowed to sit at the bar, rather than being served while seated. Club: The club was severely understaffed with only one bartender and had extremely limited seating. Positives: I want to acknowledge that the rooms themselves were great once settled, and the staff remained professional and polite despite these systemic issues.

The room seemed to be fairly clean, but only two flat pillows and only sheets on the bed. The shower and sinks were very old and the water smelled like corroded piping, did not enjoy the showers. The room was very noisy with the adjacent rooms and hallway. We enjoyed the beach, it was beautiful and clear water. However, we ended renting cabanas because the beach was public and was very overrun with families. No beachchairs ever available. The restaurants were great, with good service and excelllent food. I enjoyed it for one stay but would not return.

We are a family of 6 and decided to try this one out for first time. Mind you we travel to Mexico yearly on vacation and have stayed at multiple resorts throughout the years. This one is by far the worst. The beach is dirty, water smells like gas from the near by marina and consistent yachts and jet skies taking off. The beach chairs are non existent unless you get there before 8am. You will find yourself feeling like sardine in a can. Overcrowded, people smoking on every corner, you basically reak of smoke and gas the entire stay. The restaurant and lobby reak of smoke as well. You can't enjoy the ocean breeze because it's practically non-existent. The beach view is ok only if you have a suite in the center of the building. The rooms are covered in mold and so is the bathroom. The walls are paper thin and you can barely get any rest. Morning expect loud noises starting at 6am and night all the way to 2am. Elevators are super small and packed. Have to consistently wait. We took the stairs from the 8th floor and it was much quicker. We stayed for 3 nights and wanted to leave after the 1st. The restaurants are mediocre at best and don't get me started on the long lines. If you don't get waiting at 5pm to be one of the first in line, good luck getting to eat when the restaurant opens at 6pm. The Asian restaurant maki taco was terrible and I mean terrible. Sushi, far from it. Waste of time waiting in line for. Oh and food poisoning!!! The sports bar is filthy. Run away!!!!

Food situation was terrible. You either had to wait in line for an hour or eat at bites or hacienda which gave almost my entire group of 15 food poisoning. The food itself was bad. Staff is pretty rude. Towel guy wouldn’t take towels at the end of the day because they had a policy that the couldn’t take towels back after 6 (it was 6:15), so what the hell are we supposed to do if it were our last night? The layout of the hotel is cramped and the rooms are dated. The hotel is slowly falling apart and on our last morning two elevators broke down and we were on the 7th floor and had to take the stairs. This place is terrible. The beach was half decent though and there were two restaurants, cocoa and miramar that weren’t bad for lunch, otherwise this would be 1 star.

It just didn’t offer what we wanted from an AI. No chairs around pools. No heated pools Few beach chairs. No wait service at pools or beach. Crazy long lines for restaurants. Reused plastic cups at bars even with tons of sick people at the resort. We all got sick. No real butter to put on bread. If all else fails my kids will eat bread & butter but we did not have that option. They gave us a margarine that my kids spit out. No place in lobby/waiting area to sit. There were so many not great things, but the worst may have been how difficult it was to feel comfortable and relax. You had to work and or wait for everything. Most staff did not help. However Juan and Yosiel were great at the restaurants!!! Will choose differently for a better experience next time we go.

Our entire group got really sick in our stomach’s , and many others at the hotel were sick as well. We saw people everywhere walking around with pedialite and the bathrooms were constantly busy with people being sick as well. It was gross. There was no sanitizer anywhere and it spread like crazy. Whether it was food, water or cleanliness we’re not sure, but it felt like the entire hotel was contaminated. In addition the food was Luke-warm everywhere and unappetizing, rooms were dated with really small beds and no balconies, and the resort claimed to be great for kids but there were few kids activities other than the drop off kids club and the shows were so late at night it was difficult for the kids to make them. There were hardly any chairs around the pool and not good common areas to hangout. We definitely will not go back.
