Hotel is closed!!!

This hotel is closed!! They took our money and never told Hotels.com that it was closed. Doors are barred and no one inside. Had to stay at another hotel across the street so we saw that it was always closed.

El problema es la suciedad en las paredes externas que se puede soluciinar rapido. Las habitaciones están en buenas condiciones para el precio. Y la alberca no estaba habilitada lo cual fue una pena.

Sucia , en una ubicacion super peligrosa todos los taxistas nos recomendaron no salga de noche por aqui ... mal expedia por que teniamos otro hospedaje y nos cancelaron ahi sin saber las condiciones del hotel y que es muy peligroso por ahi . Nos fuimos a playa del carmen 2 dias y al regresar ya eataba rentada la habitacion y aun no acababa nuestra renta .

Un muy mal hotel

El hotel es muy malo las toallas son sucias sin lavar las sabanas igual no dan cobijas y la cocineta es muy sucia el baño se ve que nunca lo lavaron aparte estaba tapado y nunca me li destaparon aunque puse muchas veces la queja el piso sucio en resumidas cuentas un desastre de hotel perdi mi dinero ahy solo pase rabias

Nada es lo que publican en sus fotos, mejorarian si usaran olores en las habitaciones y el paqueo, NO TENGO QUEJAS DEL PERSONAL, son muy amables y previsible. Pero fue una gran decepción ver las fotos publicadas y ver otra cosa al llegar.

A comfort and placental place

This is a nice hotel with all the amenities that we needed for our 10 days. We enjoyed a beautiful swimming pool on top of the terrace. The front desk service people was excelent with a great custumer service skills. Only the toilet was with little bit of prolem, but the plomery guy fixed the toilet the same day we reported. Overall, the hotel is great and it's in the center of the Downtown of Cancun.

Far from beach, small, and poor neighborhood. Five-ten min wait to get into my room if you comeafter they lock the front door at night. One time I waited 15 minutes outside at night in the most crime ridden neighborhood in Cancun.
