Travelled 3 weeks ago and overall it was a great resort with friendly staff. Make sure you book Privelege room for top shelf liquor. Food was ok, entertainment was good, and lovely beach. Big up to Jesus and Jorge at Privelege beach area. They work very hard and accommodated what we needed.

I went on a 5 nights girls trip. We had a great time. The entertainment team did an amazing job and made our stay very entertained and fun. The only thing I would like to have seeing is a night club. The entertainment ended by midnight every night. For being an adults only resort, it needed more night life added. The bar at the pool closed at 5 pm, which was very early. The pool closed at 8 pm, very early as well. This is a fantastic resort if you are looking into spending quiet time with your partner.

We stayed for 5 days and had a very enjoyable trip! The resort was very well kept and very clean. The staff were great but I want to specifically mention Alexander for making our trip so memorable and fun. We would definitely return.

Smaller resort which we liked. Staff were amazing! The evening shows were pretty cheesy, definitely seen better at other places but maybe the A team isn’t out during the off-season? We stayed in May. Seaweed was bad this time of year but it’s like that all the way from Cancun to Tulum. The workers were out everyday in the sweltering heat clearing it. Two pools, one quiet and the other is where the party happens. I highly recommend upgrading to Privilege. It’s worth the money

Honest Review STAFFF The staff are nice and go out of they way for you. Loved the Blue Team and their spirit. Most of their shows were mediocre and the set up outside doesn't create an environment for people to be more together. The show quality were maybe 3.5/5. ROOM Our room was nice, clean and cool. Had a bit of an ocean view which was nice. Can't really complain about the room overall. Staff kept it clean everyday. FOOD The food...was my biggest disappointment. Flavour is just missing and overall very bla. Even the restaurants, I did not find overly great, but little better. This was definitely maybe 3.5 start food quality and not 5 star. OVERALL I was disappointed that the nightime dancing or fun bar environment was missing. Pool bar needs to repairs and overall maintenance upkeep is needed. I would definitely rate this hotel more 4 start versus 5 stars as advertised. Its a descent hotel but nothing glamorous or fancy or exciting from what I expected. The google 4.7 rating mostly comes from the sweet staff asking for reviews around the pool, so people just want to be nice ans over vote.

We were looking for an intimate, relaxed environment to celebrate our anniversary and the property exceeded our expectations. Although it is a slighly older property, it is exceptionally clean, with well appointed rooms and comfortable beds. The service provided at all eating locations and bars, was top notch and provided with a smile. Much appreciation to our butler "Juan" who handled all of our reservations and special requests allowing us to simply relax and enjoy ourselves. Shout out to "Jesus" who kept our glasses and bellies full while we lounged on the beach enjoying the view. We will definitely be returning in the near future!
