"What stood out for me was that they seemed very glad that we were there, even though they were very busy and they were able to treat us like individuals. One of the concierge staff walked us to our room the first day and went over the map of the property and the ways to find things and make sure we had reservations for some special dinners And show of Caribbean music. There was children’s karaoke one night in the bar before the adults started their evening at it was amazing; I thought the property was very welcoming to families, and there were lots of things for kids to do throughout the place."
