食事は色んな種類があり、味も日本人向けだと思います。フルーツ、野菜が沢山あり、ビーガンの方にも向いていると思います。スタッフはとーっても親切でした。

レストランはたくさんあるのですが、自分の好みのものは少なかったです。でもオールインクルーシブなので好みのレストランを中心に食べました。スタッフは皆親切で色々教えてくれます。特にコンシェルジュのCarlosは具合の悪くなった時に、適切に対処してくださり感謝しています。設備は古いところもありますが、スタッフが補ってくれいると感じました。

The rooms were clean and fhe air conditioners worked well. Karla and the entertainment crew was great. You have to stay for Friday Foam Party. As with any holidays there are always minor inconveniences, however the staff were quick to address our concerns and had the issue corrected immediately. The resort is a very good value for you money.

Sandos Cancun was a 10/10 experience in all areas of the stay. Food was top notch, delicious & easy to access; lots of variety in styles of food each night &&& drinks at the bars were DELICIOUS, quick & refreshing! The room was always cleaned throughly, bed made, provided clean towels &&& the cleaning staff was very nice! The entertainment was EXCELLENT! The nightly shows & parties, the POOL PARTIES were our favorite! Everyone who worked at Sandos, from the gentleman who brought around pastries at St. Trop restaurant to the pool party host to DANIEL the best water aerobics instructor, everyone did their job so well & truly made our experience great! WE WILL GO BACK!

Hotel Overall: Very nice small hotel. One elevator was a little fussy so sometimes there was a long wait for that. The staff were all very nice. We didn’t have an issue with any of them. Daniel, Karla, Juan, and Alex were all great out by the pool area. Daniel was our cabana server, and he was amazing. He took good care of us and in return we did the same for him. The only real complaint about the hotel in general would be the temperature. In the restaurants it was hot. Humid and hot to the point we were sweating some of the time. When I come inside from being in the sun all day I’d like it to be cool inside so I can have a break from the heat. It seemed as though it was broken in the whole hotel or just on very low because even the elevators, hallways, etc. were warm. We did enough our stay. It was a nice hotel. Food: Buffet was hit or miss as they usually are. Some days better than others. The breakfast was probably the best part of it. We were disappointed that they didn’t have a big taco station daily with pico, guacamole, and chips. We would have liked to have had that on a daily basis. The outside #2 building with the menu options for breakfast/lunch was great. The fire baked pizzas were also really good but sometimes lacked topping options like mushrooms or onions. Basic stuff you would think they’d have. Not a big deal though. Their specialty restaurants were great. The best one being the Chinese one. It’s hard to get reservations for it though so book early.

The food there was a eight out of 10. The hotel was kept very clean. Enjoyed our stay. I feel that the pools need to be redone. Otherwise staff was exceptionally wonderful.

Room was very spacious with two balconies and two bathrooms. The room was well presented and spotlessly clean. We found all staff to be very friendly and helpful, especially Carlos and Miguel at Bar Six.

Clean rooms good staff but some of them weren’t as good as I thought they should’ve been maybe it’s because I’m black. This occurred in the buffet when I asked one of the cooks a female for an omelette. She was very rude so I canceled and also some of the waiters I had to ask for Water or coffee instead of them asking me I had to ask them not all just some of them so I left a day early as far as the place itself it was very nice. Good amenities my room lost power for a couple hours. Don’t know why, but it’s a beautiful hotel resort I personally will not return there

Our overall experience at Sandos Cancun was okay. Starting with the positive aspects, the beach was beautiful and had bed gazebos available free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis. The staff were very friendly, and although the rooms were slightly dated, they were well kept. Housekeeping did a great job keeping the rooms clean, and the resort’s close proximity to the airport was a nice feature. Cons: The biggest downside was that the food was cold about 50% of the time. The resort next to Sandos blocked the sun around 3:30–4:00 p.m. at both the pools and the beach. On our second day, one of the elevators went out of service for a few days. The power also went out twice, and the resort appeared to have minimal backup generators.

This is the second time we have stayed at Sandos. We were hopeful that this stay would have been better. The resort is in need of renovations. Elevators broken!!! Air conditioners needed to be serviced. Food was AWFUL AGAIN!!! Most gym equipment was broken, one treadmill!!! The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the resort is in a perfect area, only 20 minutes from the airport. We will NOT BE RETURNING!!!!

it was a great hotel, great food in the buffet ( except for the Mexican night lol - they have a different theme every night ). lots of wind, waves and seaweed at the beach though, made it to hard to snorkel.... wifi is great at the beach, but spotty at one pool, cab rides from the airport are INSANE... they want $ 110.00 american, but i dealt down to $ 70.00... Ubers can Not pick up at the airport but are ok to drop off there - i got one to drop me for aprox $ 18.00 american... no issues with the taxi mafia trying to stop us, FYI book your trip from the airport to the hotel before you arrive or prepair to pay dearly... some people take a bus downtown then Uber from there... nightly shows were ok -the Elvis one was fantastic

Room and hotel were very clean. Staff was amazing. Food just ok in restaurants but buffet was better. They didn’t have much for Mexican food which I would have liked to have the option. We found out a couple days in that you have to request guacamole as it is not a buffet item. There is no pool bar but 1 outside bar and it took awhile for anyone to take our order for drinks. The beach was amazing! They had only 1 working elevator which was inconvenient at times. The one thing I really did not like were the weddings taking place there. There were 2 weddings the weekend we were there and one was on the terrace outside our side of the hotel. It was very loud and we couldn’t go to sleep until they were done with the music. That part was awful when you want quiet and relaxing. I gave it 4 stars because it is a nice hotel but I probably would not stay there again.
