"Like most places who have members, there is a HUGE difference in how members vs. visitors are treated. Pros- huge pool, free book exchange, Miamore was delicious both our daughters loved the poolside snacks that rotated daily, 2 pool bars, game/activity room was fun, free kids club. The towel service was FANTASTIC. Aquapark was small but fun- super limited hours. Cons- impossible to get a dinner reservation. We tried EVERY day and the earliest they had was 9:30 pm. We could only make them day of and we tried twice in the first 30 minutes they were open and it still didn’t happen. There were many activities that were advertised and they didn’t have like snorkeling and kayaking. The Miamore pizza place which was amazing was closed due to it sprinkling outside. The wait for the buffet was over 40 minutes. I was disappointed the coffee shop and gelato were not part of the all inclusive. Maybe the worst was every menu clearly said the all inclusive didn’t include tips. I would have brought more cash if I had known. The sports bar was a flop. The beds are HARD. They don’t strictly enforce the smoking areas so our hallway reeked. The show was so loud we left early. "

"Property is beautifull with heated pools and hot tubs. Difficult to get chairs by pool and the hotel is insanely expensive, 30 usd for drink at pool or lobby bar. Restaurants also very expensive. 5 star resort with 10 star price"

"Very clean and great staff. Only issues were the morning buffet breakfast at the Cafe was constantly cold food and room service food arrived cold. "

"Excellent customer service. The staff was always so friendly and accommodating. The rooms were cleaned and organized. The food was good as well. The hotel is in a great location. My friends and I had an amazing trip and we will come back. "
