"When the hotel staff ask you to attend a sales presentation for their “Infinity luxury travel club” say no and run. A free 30 minute massage or small discount on an excursion is not worth the stress they will put you through. "

"Overall, an amazing resort. The staff are so friendly, the resort is very clean, and rooms were updated and comfortable. The pools and the beach were also beautiful. The food was pretty good (breakfast was excellent). There were a couple dinners that were okay. Overall, we loved it and would return back. "

"It was a last minute trip booked on Sat. and arrived Sunday morning. We stayed for 5 days. The hotel was beautiful with 2 pools with lot of beach chairs and the infinity pool was amazing beautiful. The room was clean, staffs are very friendly, meals were great. We tried all restaurants overall, we love it!! However, booked a cirque de soleil show with transportation through Expedia. Didn’t receive any notification about where and what time to pick up until last minute which was the morning of the day of the show. Got to the lobby 10 mins early but the shuttle left 20 mins before the expected time. One of the concierge at the hotel named Cynthia, she helped us arranged transportation and we arrived safely and on time. I have to special thank you to Cynthia! Thank you very much once again. We definitely recommend to all my friends and family. "
