"Staff and hotel were brilliant, some days some of the drinks werent refilled in mini bar. Wasn't a fan of the check in process placing us in front of a time share offer as soon as we arrived and being approached by the time share team most mornings. Drinks felt watered down also. Other than that really enjoyed our stay."

"Pros: Location, friendly staff, safety, activities for kids Cons: two restaurants for breakfast but same menu ( although the options and good quality is good). You technically have Mexican ot Italian options for dinner ( Azul restaurant was fancy looking but pretty bad food). One program on Saturday night and that was pretty much it. The resort feels safe for family and saw lots of spring break kids but still a family friendly resort. If your kid is looking to spend spring break here, it is a good option as it has a good balance of safety/ food/ things to do."

"It was a last minute trip booked on Sat. and arrived Sunday morning. We stayed for 5 days. The hotel was beautiful with 2 pools with lot of beach chairs and the infinity pool was amazing beautiful. The room was clean, staffs are very friendly, meals were great. We tried all restaurants overall, we love it!! However, booked a cirque de soleil show with transportation through Expedia. Didn’t receive any notification about where and what time to pick up until last minute which was the morning of the day of the show. Got to the lobby 10 mins early but the shuttle left 20 mins before the expected time. One of the concierge at the hotel named Cynthia, she helped us arranged transportation and we arrived safely and on time. I have to special thank you to Cynthia! Thank you very much once again. We definitely recommend to all my friends and family. "

"Wonderful people. Terrific place. Lots of seaweed in water when we came but it cleared out after a few days thankfully! (And the removed a lot of the seaweed with a tractor!) "
