"Everything was just kind of OK. Nothing stood out as great."

"We chose this resort for our honeymoon celebration and it was perfect! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We were able to try 3 different restaurants for dinner and they were all delicious, for lunch we usually had Helios or ordered from the pool menu and they were also very good! Every staff member that we encountered was always very welcoming and friendly, a lot of the staff even learned my husbands name because of how much they would come check on us. Our room was incredible and very clean. Our butlers also made sure to leave us a special detail for our honeymoon one of the nights, and at one of the restaurants they also made a special dessert for us. They were very accommodating if we needed anything and you can tell that they truly want their guests to have a great experience. We loved our stay and cannot wait to be back in the near future! "

"There was blood on our sheets the first night and something yellow the last. We even got a broken glass at dinner and I cut my lip. We told them and they didn’t do anything. The amenities are incredible I would just say pick a cleaner place with people who care, too expensive for what you actually get. "

"We just returned from a wonderful stay. The service at the pool and the beach was amazing! A breakfast buffet at Mercado 19 like I've never seen! The room was great too. The only complaint, if you can call it that, was with the ocean view. Although we paid for the ocean view, it was more of golf course view with an ocean glimpse! That being said, we can't wait to return!! "

"We stayed on the family side as a family of 4 having a 13- and 17-year-old. Our room was kept clean and housekeeping was always available to provide the extras as requested. Our kids loved having room service as an option for food in the late evenings or when they did not feel liking venturing out in the sun. We all enjoyed the swim-up bars for the refreshing drinks. Most of all we appreciated discovering upon our arrival that Expedia had already made dinner reservations for us for each night of our stay - this was a pleasant surprise and definitely a perk that we having been talking about with others. In addition to the dinner reservations, Expedia staff checked in with us frequently to assist with any questions or reservations that we had or may want at the resort. Having booked through Expedia made the stay a little more special! "

"The property is wonderful. Rubin, Cristina and Salvador were amazing, as well as the rest of the staff - everyone was so kind and accommodating. The food is good, rooms are beautiful, pools are great. We got skipped a couple of times having our room turned over but as soon as we alerted the staff it was taken care of. Sargassum is pretty bad right now so we didn't use the beach much. Would definitely go back to this resort!"
