"Staff are friendly but there were not enough staff at the front desk when I arrived. Even though around 4pm and only 1 family was there, we waited more than 30 minutes. Butlers were also friendly but often not available. Room was clean but housecleaning was not perfect e.g. no cleaning until 3pm, towels were missing, and the minibar wasn’t properly restocked."
