「This is my fourth time staying at Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres and I keep coming back because I love how beautiful the resort is and how great the staff treats my family. We stay in the Family Selection side because of the great amenities it offers to families. We love The Nest Restaurant (exclusive to family selection) because the proximity is so convenient and they have a kids club on site that is super helpful during meals. 「At first I had miscommunication, but it all worked out! The place is beautiful, the staff is great, quite a bit of things for kids which was great! Food some places were delicious others were typical not bad. The only thing I would say is the Hibachi was preferred guest and then opened to everyone else but not for parties of 12.MTS shuttle services were excellent as well!」

「The corner room on the top floor was amazing ! Two huge windows with incredible views. Everything about the hotel and staff were fantastic. Beautiful decor and great food. Weather was tough but other than that, we loved everything. Noi was great for breakfast a dinner and both pools had great lunch/drinks. 」

「1. The bathroom floor looked watet stained and wasn't mopped. 2. The drinking glasses were left dirty and never washed..lipstick stained. Otherwise we were very pleased with the room.」

「Très beau séjour. Rien à dire à part qu'il faut passer par le resto de la marina pour se rendre à la petite piscine. Petite mais appréciée. 」

「The resort was amazing! Service was exceptional and so was the cleanliness. Restaurants were all very welcoming and the food was outstanding. The resort could use some day and night life. Nothing to do past 10pm 」
