"Amazing hotel. The spa is expensive but it’s very nice. The staff was amazing, the food was pretty good. The rooms were great and the hotel was pretty. It is pretty quiet and doesn’t have many night time activities."

"5 star in every respect resort. We had great service especially our concierge. Maria Dorantes was our concierge she arranged prior to our visit restaurant reservations, a room upgrade and transportation to the hotel from the airport. Maria was an enormous part of our wonderful experience. We will definitely return."

"This resort was a total delight, especially the service from everyone we met. Best family holiday destination. We loved the included buffet meals each day. The great daily shows. The Kids club (thanks Wendy & Alis!). The pool parties, clean beach, New Years show (so awesome!), modern gym, lazy river, grotto bar, excursions, and Expedia perks (thanks David & Mauricio)."

"Place is really great, well kept, not crowded. It's also a good size, not massive but still lots to do. My main knock is the food is...fine. some dishes are not good, many are mediocre, but always something decent avail. It's fine, but don't go in with too high of expectations on the food. I also wish the alcohol was higher shelf, even if they offered it as an a la carte purchase. "
