Had a good time staying for our second time. It was an extremely busy week so at times service lacked but we communicated when we weren’t happy and the team helped to better the service for the rest of the trip!

The resort, food and service was incredible. But we feel we were sold a false bill.of goods regarding dinner reservations, even with Family Selection status. Many restaurants closed throughput the week and we had to continually go up the 'chain' just to get ar eservation, only to find the restaurants were never at full capacity. It's too bad, if the restaurant situation was fixed it would have exceeded my expectations, but given the hassle we don't plan on going back.

Have stayed here 5 times over the last 5 years and generally service and quality has declined. Spa is amazing, most or the staff are friendly and attentive however our butlers were unresponsive and not helpful the first few days, our room was not cleaned by housekeeping more than once, quality of food has declined.

Beautiful hotel installations, nice beach, and great staff! For a “5” stars hotel the “Isla Blanca” restaurant was a disappointment. The food temperature was always cold, raw meats and rude grill stations staff. The service at the beach was lacking. “The Nest” restaurant was a real treat with lobster and great service from Armando and Alfredo. We had a beautiful room with a gorgeous panoramic view with lots of treats upon our arrival, premium drinks and a butler who booked our dinners. I highly recommend the family selection if you are travelling with children.

Frida and Emanuel our Butler were amazing. The last night we were there they set up a bubble bath for my kids. The Nest restaurant was our favorite! They cook food right in front of you. The beach is a little far out especially for guests not staying on the Family side. The carts can be a little more frequent and should have a bell specially for night. The boat could also run a little more frequent.

First time visiting grand palladium and was beyond impressed with property, amenities and overall staff. Room was clean spacious! We upgraded to family selection which gives you access to designated area that includes a private pool, beach area and restaurant. Towels are accessible in multiple areas like pools and beach you don’t need to haul your towel around. waiters available at the pool and beach who are very attentive. Best part if you have kids ! My 3 and 4 year old had the best time the accommodations available for them are phenomenal! There is a kids club that has different activities every hour where your child can stay with the most amazing caring girls. They did multiple activities for the kids in the family selection area pool and beach. My kids participated in a treasure hunt, eco tour, kite flying and water balloon game in the pool. I was able to visit the spa while my kids had fun at the kids club! The spa was relaxing all amenities available were amazing a hydro pool, a relaxing massage,infinity pool second floor, smoothie bar, many sauna , steam and other rooms. Food and entertainment while we were there we watched a few shows at the teatro that were fun ! A silent disco party, a roof top bar with a dj, sports bar open 24 hours ! You must also check out the coffee shop at the village they have great lattes & pastries. Restaurant options available Italian, Mexican, Indian,Japanese and many other food was great. The staff was the best part everyone was amazing.

This is a pretty big hotel that you cannot enjoy it all in two days, you would need a week minimum but everything was great, we really loved everything, they treated us really good. The food was good, has everything you need. and of course service always on point.

A sprawling campus like resort with a multitude of pools and eating options. We had easy access to a beach that was clean and well maintained. The staff at the resort was definitely top notch and they catered to our needs very nicely. The dining options (most require reservations) were fun and varied. Indian and Sushi were excellent options and they were able to accommodate our group of 14 without issue. Traveling the resort can be done on foot or via numerous golf carts that take guest to and from. Definitely a place to try!

Beautiful resort, excellent service everywhere you go. Very clean and safe. Food options at the pool were just okay. Reservations at restaurants need to be made at check in or else you may not land a seat. Important to note: this resort is large and in order to get around, you will need to take golf carts. Walking is not impossible but with the heat and little kids, golf carts were the way to get around. Sometimes they come quick and sometimes there is a bit of a wait. Wish we were given a map at check in so we know where everything is at. We got by with asking a lot of questions and knowing general areas of where we wanted to go. The butler service was great. They are fast; attentive and really try their best to meet your needs. No request is too odd! Javier the resort manager met us and ensured our needs were taken care of. Great service! Overall would recommend this resort.

The staff was nice anywhere we went: pool, restaurants, shoppes. Check in/out was pretty quick with no issues. We stayed at the family selection section. Rooms were decent. Not fancy but had all the necessities. These rooms came with a personal butler but honestly the butler was not useful. We’ve asked for a few things such as extra blanket and extra supplies for coffee they were not provided. The resort is beautiful but everything is spread out too far. It’s either you have to walk a mile to get to a coffee shop or restaurants or have to wait for a transport cart. During morning and dinner time, wait time can be 10-15 minutes., so by that time it’s quicker to walk. The pools were clean and nice. The beach area was nice and clean.

The property is beautiful, modern and gigantic, if you’re up for some exercise, then walk around otherwise take the trolly or boat is a must as everything is spaced out and takes around 20 minutes to get to. Poseidon is a cute spot for lunch/dinner. The beaches are beautiful, clean and clear blue water, The resort’s best feature would be the family selection side where it’s really kid/family friendly and offers butler service. Taking 1 star off as food was mediocre. All the restaurants are beautifully designed with a wide selection of foods however they all tasted just ok lots of room for improvement there.

Second time staying at this resort. Doesn’t disappoint. Beautiful facilities, kind staff, excellent food, beautiful beach. One person stood out, Frida, our butler. Always helpful and with a smile. She arranged late checkout for us which was critical as we had a late flight. She also helped us with various other things during our stay and our kids loved her too. Very sweet and kind.

We loved this place as a family! The spa experience was incredible. The only thing disappointing was the noisy doors in the middle of the night. Some guests were very inconsiderate and just keeps shutting it off so loud. You can hear guests from the hallways. It’s a big building but looks like doors are thin enough that you can hear every single noise at night.

We recently stayed at the resort as a family of 4 in the FS section. Check-in was very smooth and our butler was great with keeping us posted on events and available dining options. All the golf cart drivers were very friendly and happy to help out in any way. We enjoyed the main pool with our kids because its right next to the splash area. The lunch buffett at the main pool.was 10/10, they added more items throughout the lunch time and again were all very friendly and helpful. The waitors around the pool kept our drinks topped up all day long! We also enjoyed the nest option for some meals. The steak house on the TRS side was really good.

Overall, we had a great experience. The resort is a little more rundown than it was when we were here in the past. We also arrived to dirty bedsheets, which we were not thrilled about. The à la carte restaurants were delicious, but the rest of the food options were meh. The service and drinks were hit or miss which was not our experience in the past. Victoria at the nest restaurant was the most amazing staff we’ve ever come across. She was warm and welcoming, and we understand why she’s the supervisor.
