The Good: Room was clean. The staff is friendly. The Bad: Pool is not heated, No beach service, No alcohol is served before 11am which means no mimosa or Bloody Marys with breakfast.

Very nice beach. The staff was excellent. Food ok, elevator is very slow, if you don’t need it use the stairs. A lot of families go here so if you don’t want to deal with kids this is not your place

We had a wonderful stay at GR Solaris Cancun, and the resort truly exceeded our expectations. The staff was consistently friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with beautiful views that added to the relaxing atmosphere. Food options were plentiful and delicious, with something for everyone at each meal. The pools, beach access, and overall resort layout were perfect for both relaxation and family time.
