「Todo muy bien, pero un poco descuidadas las instalaciones, una llave de agua de la cocina al abrirla no podías cerrarla, una luz no podías apagarla sin apagar el ventilador, por el precio y ubicación se entiende, pero ojalá pudiera mejorar」

「Sceptic door in bathroom at times very strong. Cooking utensils very cheap and went black with use of propane stove. But the location worked well for me and the outdoor common area was lovely.Property contact very responsive to tequests」

「The Good: very clean roomy apartment. Enjoyed the location. The restaurant next door is AWESOME. Isac owns the place and sells tours. He hooked us up with some great fun. The bad: we were not on the list to stay there even though the owner received the payment and sent us a note (see you soon) all future communication went well. But there were no exit instructions. Message stated we would get instructions on Feb 3 but we were leaving on Feb 27. The Ugly: if you leave floaters in the toilet you...

「We had a quick turnaround at the end of our trip so we didn’t get in the pool, but enjoyed the beach and got to hang out with friends up in Cancún proper…The house was lovely, we loved the whimsical art, the big spacious bathrooms and the back patio was perfect for morning coffee..We’ll be back in the fall, and we will make this a stop on that trip as well!Thank you! 」

「The pictures are 100% accurate of the property. Hector is a great host, communicates in a timely matter. It met all of our needs would highly recommend this place. We used the bus to go shopping, restaurants and supermarket. The bus cost 12 pesos each way never a problem getting around. Can’t think of one thing I did not like about this property.」
