"I absolutely loved staying at this hotel. The staff were so helpful and courteous. The view from the pool was incredible even though there was a lot of seaweed in many places we didn’t experience as much and the beach was very well maintained this made for a super plus during this high season for seaweed the pool could use a little TLC, but the staff does an excellent job of maintaining everything as clean as possible. The room was cozy and very clean but again the bathroom shower for our particular room needs a little TLC for the amount of money I paid for seven days. This is a Primo spot close to the downtown area about 15 minutes. I found out that you could pay 10 pesos to get on the bus that will take you to the downtown place if you come make sure you go to La Isla shopping center. Overall, the location was spectacular couldn’t ask for a better spot for such an affordable place."

"food wasn’t good at all, rooms were ehh not really like the pictures, staff was ok they gave us a promotion of 50 usd and free stay at any of hyatts hotels for 3 days & 2 nights if we went to a “breakfast” at hyatts other hotels so we took up the offer. when we got there it was a 90 minute sales meeting to get us to join hyatts travel program the “breakfast” they were talking about was a open buffet with barely any food and at the end they only gave us the 50 usd until i complained that they wasted my time and lied to be about the promotion. wouldn’t go again."

"The food was great, and the drinks were good. However, I’ve had better experiences at other hotels. The cleanliness was good, and the staff were friendly. Clean pools. One issue we had was that we accidentally left our glasses at the buffet. When we returned to pick them up, they were gone, and no one could find them. This has never happened to me at other hotels, and I was disappointed that our personal belongings were not handled more carefully. The best part of our stay was definitely the buffet food, which was excellent. Overall, the other aspects of the hotel were average."

"The property was beautiful and modernized. The pool areas were nicely maintained. However, the majority of the staff were rude and like my or my husbands asking of anything was burdensome. Our dinner at the Asian restaurant was so poor one evening that we sat for 15 minutes before my husband had to ask if anyone was going to serve us. Even then, our orders were taken and we were never checked on again while the couple next to us had to members of the wait staff checking on them several times throughout the night. In addition, the system of first come first serve at the restaurants with no reservations was very frustrating with waits at least an hour every night. In addition, we weren’t able to experience all of the restaurants due to one being closed each night but having no schedule in advance to know what restaurant would be closed. The drinks throughout the trip were poorly made with the exception of one drink in the lobby. Overall, whenever returning to Cancun or knowing of persons traveling to Cancun, I could Not recommend this property based on this experience."
