「I liked the open communication from the host and were prompt to bring anything I needed. Housekeeping were very friendly. As it was self catering it would have been nice to have a toaster and hairdryer as standard. The pool was lovely and the security at the gate was good. The condo was lovely.」

「We have rented this condo seven times over the last four years. It’s clean, contemporary, and has just what you need to prepare a few meals. The hostess greeted us with a bottle of wine and the first couple of days the housekeeping staff folded our towels into adorable animals. All staff members at Cancun Plaza are so kind and gracious. The pool is beautiful, the ocean is beautiful, the little restaurant down by the pool is awesome. You will meet great people from around the world! Pay attention...

「Checked in at 5pm and there were still people cleaning the unit. So we awkwardly had to wait in the corner while they finished. Room was still very dirty, sand was EVERYWHERE, all over the floors in every single room. No hand soap in my bathroom. Shower was very neglected. Guards were unfriendly, would sit and watch us try to open the gate instead of helping. Didn't offer any help carrying luggage up stairs. Also, a bit difficult to find. The addresses given don’t lead to the right places/...
