Find All-inclusive Hotel in Downtown Cancun

"The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the room was fine and the breakfast was nice. However, the WiFi did not not work for the duration of my stay. 1 week. I booked a hotel based on it having WiFi as this is pretty vital in today's age. "

"Please beware when looking into booking this property. I booked a room at this hotel but there are two hotels on this property. The Oh! and Smart Hotel. I was given a room at the Smart hotel which is the more economical and less updated of the two and has a price difference. When I asked about it in the lobby, they did confirm that there was a difference in the rooms so when I asked why I was given something I had not booked they changed their story and said their was no difference and they were both equivalent. I wouldn’t know because I never got to see the room I originally booked. No where on this site does it say that they can place you in either building. Very deceiving. The elevator on the other side of the building was definitely much bigger and a lot nicer. To make matters worse, on our third and last day, they had a major leak and the lobby smelled of sewage. They also turned off the water 2hrs to check out time without the courtesy of notifying guests or even offering a solution. Worse experience at a hotel yet! "
