1泊ならおすすめできます。

イスラムヘーレス　ゾエトリーホテルに2日目宿泊するため立地、港へのアクセスからこのホテルを利用しました。スタッフの対応・サービスはまずまずでした。言語の伝わりやすさ（英語）スムーズでした。部屋の快適さ・綺麗さはいまいちでした。カビ臭かったです。お風呂・洗面所まわりの清潔さがいまいちでした。オールインクルーシブで予約したのですが、満足度はまぁまぁ良いです。ホテルへ到着した夜ご飯の際、テーブルクロスやお皿等の汚れが気になりました。今回は到着した日の夜1泊のみの利用でした。ホテルのトータル満足度は、まずまずです。潔癖の方は要検討してから予約することをおすすめします。潔癖以外の方は大きな問題はないホテルです。

No es nada agradable, comida chafa, empleados algunos son muy amables pero algunos no saben informacion general, no nos quisieron atender dentro de horario de servicio, estan bien mantenidos las facilidades pero son muy viejos y no sirven algunas.

子供メインの滞在に。

立地はダウンタウンでも離れた所にあるのでレンタカーが無いと不便です。建物は古いので、水周りなど気になる所もありますが、宿泊費を考えると許せる範囲です。スタッフがとても親切で、気持ち良く滞在できます。子供向けのウォーターパークが魅力なので、大人のみで滞在を楽しむのであれば、別のホテルがオススメです。食事は、豪華さはありませんが、味付けは美味しかったです。

A few items to note that I wish I knew booking this resort: 1. the resort is on a major road, there is no security and anyone can walk onto the property. 2. With the resort being on a major road all of the doors for the main building of the resort face the road, resulting in road noise (buses, cars, motorcycles) till late in the night and early morning are heard from your room. 3. To receive a resort towel for the pool you need to give your government ID as collateral. 4. The resort is non smoking (even on the beach) you have to go across the street to a smoking shack. 5. The standard rooms are across the street by the water park and you would have to cross the street or use the tunnel to access the main area and beach. The resort is run down, needs a major cleaning and a facelift. Beach is small, not enough lounge chairs (arguments happen due to this), deck is peeling paint, have to beg or tip well to receive name brand liquor (all they show on the bar is rail). I should say we do tip well but for the first two days we were told there was no Bacardi but on day 3 suddenly it was there hidden in a cooler. Will not go back. Will give another review on our room with pictures.

The place was very outdated. It was clean. The staff was nice. It had the smallest buffet I have ever seen . We did not starve but it was not good. Need to spend an extra dollar and go somewhere different.

The food is disgusting. Hot dogs for breakfast everyday served as ‘sausage’. The pizza dough was raw every time. The stewed chicken had bone shards throughout so really unnerving to eat. Most of the time they served whatever wasn’t eaten the day before. It tasted awful. Fishy taste on chicken, rice, eggs etc. we all got sick from eating there. The rooms were dirty. Toothpaste spray on the mirror. Grim rings in the shower. There’s drains in the bathroom floors that smell like raw sewage. The beds didn’t have mattresses protectors. Old worn out linens. Dirty finger prints on the walls. Boogers & a clump of blood dried to the shower wall. The sliding door to our balcony didn’t lock. Told the front desk but they said it was fine. Completely disregarded issues. Oh and the bugs. Bugs were crawling on the dessert table & dead bugs in our room. Huge dead spider & a dead scorpion in or friends room. They were also told it wasn’t an issue & to clean it up themselves. The bathrooms by the pool lacked toilet seats. The pool has tiles broken all over & at the bottom of it. The deck hasn’t been painted in years so paint chips & splinter everywhere. The waterpark was the grossest of all. I reported that I found human waste, yes, poop, on the stairs up to a slide. They did not close the waterpark. It took over 20 minutes for someone to come over and when they did all they did was sweep it up with a dustpan. This place is unhealthy. You are putting yourself and your family at risk if you book

We felt scammed by this hotel. Nothing was as promised. We selected the junior royal suite with ocean view, for the kitchenette.We have party members with chronic illnesses and we knew we would need to spend extra time in the room.The room did not include the following items as advertised: table and chairs, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, dishware. We let the front desk know,they said they’d send it up immediately, but never did. The waterslides have 4 slides, the platforms are coming apart, the piping is rusted. The beach had copious amounts of feces on it - they cleaned the sea weed and feces most days, but not on others. We were told they were turtle feces but it looked human and someone else told us the yachts at the dock next door empty their tanks into the water. The docks next door are only available by guided tours, the public ferry is $5 cab ride away. There is 4 restaurants, two serve hot dogs,hamburgers and fries at lunch. One is 3 meal buffet. One is adult only Italian. One lunch spot rotates dinner between Italian and Mexican - must get reservations at 7am. The buffet has the same foods with different sauces daily. Cheap options - chicken thighs, 3 dishes with jicama, grilled onions. Fruit and vegetables were limited. You can only eat food in restaurants. No snacks, except overpriced at boutique. Activities were inconsistent, sometimes they did them, sometimes they didn’t. Dinner theatre is just theatre, no food,etc.

This resort is dated, as some of the other rooms noted. The contents of the room varied, mine was obviously missing a couch; my friend's room was missing a coffee maker. That being said, I felt that it was clean enough, we had towels and hot water. There was a small room fridge with two sodas and two beers. Our party booked two rooms, which we had requested be adjoining, and I was told before arrival that could not be guaranteed. Upon arrival, we were told that the resort was full and our rooms were about as far apart in the building as one could go. That was disappointing since we had requested this prior to arrival.The food was better than most resorts I've been to. the buffet was ok, the grille was ok. The seated dinners, where you can order from the menu, were pretty decent. That being said, they advertise 5 restaurants on site, which is not factual. The grille also doubles as the mexican and italian dinner restaurants. These need reservations and rotate availability. Ostra and International also share the same space and rotate. In essence, for dinner, there are 3 restaurants - 2 that require reservations and the buffet.The swim up bar. This is one of the reasons that we made the decision to book this resort and it was CLOSED. We were told it's only open in peak season, which was confusing since we were told the resort was full at check in. I wouldnt say we had a bad stay but I would also say that there is some false advertising as far as the amenities.

I reserved 5 jacuzzi rooms....they only had one. The manager gave all 11 of us gold bands which was an upgrade. Staff was great. Room was great. Lots of activities. Made superbowl fun. I wish there was a larger food selection and there were things to eat after 10pm.

The food wasn’t all that, the place is really small, very outdated, beds were extremely hard pillows were way too big. It was hard to sleep. Luckily it was only for two days. I was ready to go home.

Some notes! As far as the saying goes-you get what you pay for here. This was my first time to Mexico and I had no expectations really—I was ready for anything—and it was a good thing I was. The view from our upgraded suite was impeccable. However, the room was full of black mould on the blackout curtains, on furniture, in the bathroom and in the air conditioning-which we left off for the 8 days we stayed. The food was average, the buffet rarely changed and the Italian dinner was a joke. Half cooked pizza and microwave lasagna were not my idea of a romantic meal. We opted to try the other dining option for one dinner and the portions were also small and it seemed like the same deserts from the buffet. There was almost no entertainment—the dance performance in the lobby was decent, but trivia and karaoke were just not what I thought they’d be. I was told a mariachi’s performance would be on one of the nights, but it was trivia again…same game as the week before. a note about the bathroom stall in the theatre area, I got locked inside from a stuck lock and had to slide out of the bottom…I’m a small girl, so it was possible, but anyone else would have been doomed. I even tried calling for help but no one could hear me and I almost had a panic attack. We were followed by staff who would take pictures of guests and then immediately start texting on phones, which did make me feel uncomfortable. The arcade was missing game pieces and the gym had equipment missing also. Nice beach

One of the worst resorts we’ve ever stayed at. We understood the price point, but this place is a dump and nothing like what’s advertised. The ocean view was beautiful—everything else was disgusting. Paper-thin walls, nonstop noise, and mold everywhere, including on the curtains and under the mattress. Food is terrible: one repetitive buffet, embarrassing “Italian” food, and beer so bad we left the resort to buy our own. There are no real activities—everything is broken or missing—and the rusted water park feels unsafe. Security is invasive and aggressive; we were falsely accused of smoking weed and threatened with police. The beach is beautiful but full of plastic. Zero care, zero maintenance. Would never return, not even for free.

First…. We were not greeted when we arrived. Next…. We had no chairs on our balcony. I asked for a couple of chairs but still didn’t receive them. We had no table and chairs on our main floor… even though we should have. There were no hangars. We had to beg for an extra blanket. We had to ask everyday for wash cloths…. Some days we didn’t get them. When we checked out… the front desk was rude and told us that we couldn’t come back inside the property even though we left our luggage there so that we didn’t have to carry it all around town.

Es la segunda vez que visito este hotel y será la última, en la visita anterior nos habíamos llevado un buen sabor de boca todo el personal muy atento y amable por eso regresamos. Lamentablemente en esta ocasión para nada fue así 1) reservé habitación royal vista al mar y no me dieron la que reserve, tengo vista al muelle y barcos 2) no hubo compensación por darme una habitación inferior a la que reservé 3) la reserva indicaba que nos recibirían con unas bebidas mientras hacíamos check in (no sucedió) 4) como compensación dijeron que nos llevarían un vino espumoso (no sucedió) 5) cuando llegamos la habitación olía mal, a orines como que no cambiaron las sábanas solo acomodaron Muy mala experiencia en esta ocasión no volvemos más

Great food, relaxing area, we went with our kids of 1,3, and 6 and they had a lot of fun in their water park. The arcade little spot can use a lot of work though. Best and nicest cleaning staff I’ve ever seen in a hotel.

There’s only 1 reasons to put 3 stars Rooms are really outdated and not taking care of properly they should replace a lot of things. For a 4 star hotel they need to replace stuff like bathroom fixtures, mattresses etc If the rooms were properly maintained I would stayed again because our kids and us had a good time. Waterpark and the beach is great. Everyone who works there are really nice and kind.It’s an older hotel and it has a character which I really loved.
