Las Plazas Outlet Cancun

We travel yearly to Mexico and this was my all-time favorite resort after 20+ years of traveling and staying at other places, ocean Maya Royale will be our go to next year. The staff is fabulous. I can’t name them all, but to give a few shout out Moses and entertainment Sandy at the breakfast buffet and Francisco, the bartender. But all the staff was great. The facilities are very nice and the food was really good

We had a fantastic stay at Ocean Allure. The property is beautiful, well maintained, and created the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing vacation. One thing that really stood out was how well the resort was managed. Even though there were a lot of guests during our stay, it never felt crowded. There was always plenty of space to relax, whether at the pool, beach, or around the property. The staff throughout the resort were exceptional. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seemed to care about making our experience enjoyable. Their attention to detail and positive attitudes made a great impression. The only area that fell short was our daytime butler service. While we were assigned a butler, they never really checked in on us or provided the level of personalized service we expected. Fortunately, this was a very minor issue in the grand scheme of an otherwise excellent experience. Overall, Ocean Allure exceeded our expectations. From the beautiful grounds and relaxing atmosphere to the outstanding staff, it was a wonderful stay. We would absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxury getaway.
