"The ocean was steps away. All of the pools were great. The staff was pleasant and friendly. The rooms were spacious and comfortable we also enjoyed our balcony and the view. We were in walking distance of several restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Although the entertainment at the resorts was top notch. The RIU Parties were super fun! We definitely recommend Hotel Riu Cancun if visiting with No kids. Adults only is the way to go."

"We had the best girls trip here! The beach was absolutely pristine — one of my favorite beaches I’ve ever visited. The water is miles of shallow, crystal-clear blue, almost like a giant natural pool, which makes it perfect for both relaxing and very kid-friendly. "I have visited Cancun numerous times and have experienced a variety of resorts, but I cannot recommend this hotel enough. It has been, by far, the best experience I have had in Cancun.
The rooms are clean and spacious, and our suite had a beautiful view of the beach. The food was excellent at both restaurants, and the private beach is absolutely beautiful. The amenities are wonderful, but what truly makes this hotel remarkable is the staff and their exceptional customer service.
