The studio room was bigger than I expected and the views of the Caribbean Sea were amazing. We could watch the sunrise from the bed. We were so close to the sea that we could hear the waves when the balcony doors were open. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were lumpy. The bathroom was functional but very small. The kitchenette was convenient. The hotel wi-fi was very bad, we could not rely on it at all. The neighboring Coco Bongo can be very noisy at times. Definitely recommend it for the convenience and location though.
Nice hotel, great ocean view but the service at the front desk is terrible.

My wife and I in 204A oceanfront and adult kids in 204B.. Great beach location, close to restaurants, bars and an excellent grocery store. Had enough kitchen items to make some meals in but more of a minimalist kitchen. Perfect ocean veiws that we enjoyed every day. Close enough to hear the bass of beach bar music during the day but it always seem to shut down by 10-11 if not earlier and we go to bed later so not ab issue. The beds were horrible... rock hard but somehow also did not properly support your body. In 50+ years I never had a toilet seat that could hurt you but the seats here were so flimsy that they managed to flex and pinch your legs or butt of all of us at some point. Even with those bad points we overall enjoyed our stay but the beds and toilet seat would have to be fixed for me to return there.
Is not a luxury place. What it is, is close to all the nightlife in the area. Everything is walking distance from the property.

If you are on budget it is okay but be prepared to a very old facility built in the 60's and not renovated. Appliances are from the same time period and often fail to work. It is very conveniently located and the pool is cozy and clean. Communication with the hotel is impossible. Tried calling for days without an answer. Same calling reception. Just being fair... I love Cancun!
Lovely beach front, practical studio condos. Helpful and kind front staff , security and maid service are all helpful and friendly. Beach front access with options for shade . Don’t need anything more.
This hotel/condos is a scam. The pictures are not of what you are going to get. Everything is very old and broken. It's not 3 star property by any means. I read other reviews complaining about noise from the near by club, to us it wasnt a big issue. However the room door doesn't close unless you slam it. So don't plan on going to sleep before any of your neighbors get home. Worst hotel I've ever stayed at!
ROACH INFESTED!!!
Very disappointing stay at Salvia Apartments. While the beach view was beautiful and the staff was friendly, the room conditions were unacceptable. The beds were extremely hard, and the comforters and towels were stained and worn.
The biggest issue was the roaches. On our first night, we saw multiple roaches in the kitchen, including large and small ones. We also found a baby roach in the restroom and even saw one crawling up the wall next to the couch. It was disturbing enough that we had to sleep with the lights on.
Communication was initially frustrating, as we didn’t hear back from the host until the next day and the front desk couldn’t assist. That said, once contacted, the host did respond, offered a room change, and reimbursement, which we appreciated.
Also, the apartment is located in a very busy party area, and the loud music at night can be disruptive—especially for light sleepers.
However, between the infestation and poor maintenance (including a damaged bathroom ceiling), I would not recommend staying here.

It was ok, bed was rock hard, but the free parking was cool. Power went out my last day there and had to carry bags down four flights of stairs.
Just horrible and for the price I paid I expected better. Staff was bad and smelled horrible the hall way smelled like marijuana we did complain but all we saw was a security walk the hall way.

Quiet spot for relaxing after a busy day. Shopping and nightime entertainment were abundant. Loved the view of the ocean from our balcony. A nice place to stay.
This was a nice place with a great view. Awesome location if your looking to go club. It does get loud throughout the day and night but overall a great location
We had a great time at Salvia Cancún. 10/10 Highly Recommend. Only thing to be wary of is that you will be able to hear the nearby clubs until 3 AM each night.
WARNING: A $184 USD/Night Health, Safety, and Noise Nightmare!
DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY. I paid $184 USD per night for a room that failed every basic standard of safety, security, and hygiene. I have uploaded photos and video to document these unacceptable conditions.
The Major Safety & Security Failures:
Zero Security in this Room!!
The exterior door leading to the public hallway had no deadbolt. It only had a flimsy, bathroom-style privacy lock. As a guest, I felt completely unsafe and exposed in this room. Staff would lighthy tap on door before entering not speaking English.
Electrical Hazard!:
There is an open hole in the balcony ceiling with exposed wiring where a light fixture should be (see photo). This is a blatant building code violation.
Biohazard in the Shower!:
There was zero hot water and no real water pressure even for a cold shower. Worse, the shower does not drain at all (see video). I had to stand in ankle-deep, stagnant drainage filth. Management ignored my reports for my entire three-day stay.
Additional Neglect:
Non-Stop Construction: There is major construction next door that was never disclosed. Expect power tools and heavy machinery noise throughout the day.
Zero Housekeeping: Upon check-in, the bed wasn't even properly made (see photo), and the paint is peeling/bubbling off the walls and shelves.
Bizarre Setup:
Two unplugged lamps were left sitting on the dresser, blocking the TV.
This property is a health hazard, and security risk!
Ive stayed here before and always felt it was a best kept secret place to stay. Clean respectful and small condo in a convenient location.
This time I was very disappointed with room... They put us in an old dated room with random dishes and utensils Overall in very poor condition compared to other units.

Too many noises, the front desk is not nice. Try to make additional charge for unreasonable housekeeping fees
Everything was fine but we didnt like that there were no beach chairs or umbrellas available. I sent an email to the hostess before my arrival about having access to the room earlier because of health issues but I didn't receive a response.
